We recently worked with Taylor Roofs on a project in Edinburgh where roofing repairs were required, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the initial discussions, the team were responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Gutte repair

A roof inspection was done professionally by Stewart and Andy that they didn't only focus on the roof itself but also checked the loft's condition. They pointed out that the ridge tiles were not properly attached and moss clearing was required.
The works was scheduled a few days later which was earlier than expected - I expected it to start a week later, anyway the earlier the merrier.
Both Robbie and Callum were fantastic. The boys were well-mannered and sincere. Robbie walked me through the job brief and time required and what to be expected upon completion. I didn't see a single spot of moss in my garden as they wrapped them up nicely. They respected my property and mostly their profession very much. The job was completed in 1.5 days. A nice roof was restored!

We moved into an older property earlier this year and contacted Taylor Roofs as we knew we needed a Velux window replaced, we figured whilst getting the quote we would ask for an inspection to be done to get an idea of any other issues. Staff presented an easy to follow quote highlighting the areas of concern alongside photos of the issues needing rectified. We were kept informed each step of the way from first contact to completion of the works. Crew were prompt on the days that work was being undertaken and allowed us to carry on with our day-to-day with minimal interruption. Overall a great experience, particularly this close to the holidays!

We got work done on the roof by removing moss repairing broken tiles and gutters cleaned and panel replaced above the garage door. The work men were extremely professional and kept us advised of work being done by showing us photographs. After cleaning the roof of all the moss they cleaned everything up

The men were hard working, polite and tidy and the roof looks excellent.
I gave a 4 for "Value for money" because I have no knowledge of the cost of this type of work and had to take it on trust. If I had put a 5 it would have looked as if I wasn't giving thought to my responses.
There was no loud music or loud shouting and the tidy up was wonderful ! They left my pathway and garden immaculate much to the envy of my neighbour who is still picking slate pieces out of his garden after several years.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family !

Excellent. They fixed my leaking roof (something two other companies had come round and failed to do). They replaced 17 tiles where the water gate had broken. Everything felt very professional with them - an actual booking system helped (again, other roofers would say they would come round but never did), plus the surveyor took photos of the problem, explained it to me and sent through a detailed quote. Would definitely recommend.
