We had someone come in to look at a mice issue, it was dealt with speedily and very professionally.

The young guy was really helpful and explained everything he was doing.
He made regular visits and was always pleasant and polite and helpful.
When the treatment was complete he explained how to secure the loft just in case the long tails wanted to visit again.
I would definitely recommend them.

I had a mouse problem following work being done on flat upstairs. Everything was dealt with by the wonderfully reassuring Craig. His treatment report included photos which were helpful to the joiner.I hadn't noticed that work on my boiler had meant there were holes.I can't recommend this company highly enough.

We have just moved into a new flat which was squalid with mouse droppings. Craig came promptly at short notice, and checked the whole flat. He explained clearly what the different coloured mouse droppings signified (YUK!!) and gave helpful and thorough advice as to what we should do next. he managed to be both very informative about the horror we had found, and very reassuring about how to deal with it. Tae a Moose came and cleared our attic of 10+ wasps nests. They were able to fit us in promptly and gave some good advice on how to reduce the chances of them coming back! Thanks !

Came across mouse in bath (it was clearly trying to get out but couldn’t). Didn’t fancy trying to deal with it myself as it would surely have escaped. Phoned taeamoose, Craig came out within an hour or two, removed mouse and made a quick survey of flat to check there was no sign of infestation. Also while doing this Craig identified source of leak that I’d only just been made aware of by downstairs neighbour. Mouse was not culprit but this was very helpful on Craig’s part.

This was my initial visit from Craig who was very helpful and explained a lot to me which made me feel more relaxed with my mice problem. He was very thorough which is helping me get through until his next visit.

Although it was extremely hot, he didn’t stop for a drink or cuppa but politely thanked me for the offer.

He inspected premises throughly, going through every room, removing kick plates where necessary, lying down on floors taking photographs; he inspected pipes, boiler, CH and water tank areas in loft.

He commented on our own measures to remove the problem; he answered any questions (I had loads!*) then made his own suggestions, always giving clear explanations for his advice.

That man is a credit to the company and in my opinion deserves promotion and or a raise!

* As a retired HT I am always looking for abs quality in any job we need. And I suppose I am known as a “ tricky customer, difficult to please” (tbh my standards are high)

Excellent and professional service from Tae A Moose to deal with a nesting squirrel problem. Brian responded swiftly from our first contact and Vikki kept good communications with us until the issue was solved. They explained everything clearly and really cared about how it was affecting everyday life as well as ensuring a humane removal where possible.

Great value for money, with helpful advice to prevent the problem in future too.

Cannot speak more highly of Brian and Vikki at Tae A Moose. Last year I had Brian out to get rid of a wasp nest in my attic, he was on time, did the job quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved in one day. Most recently I contacted Vikki regarding visitors in my house. She responded quickly, booked Brian to come out the very next day. When Brian arrived he made sure I was okay, he identified the issue immediately of how the visitors were coming into my house. He checked the entire house, even my attic! He explained everything in detail what he was doing and why, I even learned some interesting facts! I was a little nervous after hearing some traps go off throughout the evening, Brian came back the same night after hours in his own time to check the traps and to remove them to allow me to settle in my own home - this is above and beyond. The issue was resolved in exactly a week, everything that Brian and Vikki said would happen, happened! Extremely thankful for the great service and I recommend Tae A Moose to anyone who needs their services.
