This is the second time I have used this firm to remove a wasps nest. Extremely reliable, keep you fully informed and provide you with a site report afterwards. Both times we have been extremely happy with the service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

A massive wasp nest in our attic was treated very efficiently. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. We hope we don’t need to use him again but would not hesitate if the wasps ever return 👍

I had an issue with a wasps bike in my roof space at home I emailed Tae a mouse in the morning got a quick response with a competitive price and had the bike removed that afternoon safely and professionally I would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to anyone a great service thank you again.

Saw one mouse in our kitchen - bought bait which the mouse (mice?) just ate and ate. Called Tae a Moose after 2 weeks. Craig came out and found evidence of droppings in kitchen and next door utility room. He set bait under kitchen units and in utility room and came back 3 weeks later to check because we were away in between. Craig had told us that he'd likely have to make 3 visits to ensure all vermin was eradicated but there was no trace of renewed activity anywhere so we were happy for him to sign the job off. Delighted with the service and would definitely use again if needed.

I called Tae a moose pest control services Ltd because I had a wasp nest just above my entrance door. Their response time was excellent, their man came in less than 48 hours, which was impressive! He was very polite, very well prepared and safety conscious. He checked for any other possible entrance to the nest, then treated the area swiftly and cleanly. He was very professional throughout whilst keeping a kind and friendly manner. Super chap. Problem solved

We have used Tae a Moose a few times over the years for wasp nest removals. I’ve recommended them many times too! Communication first class, friendly, prompt and job completed.

Treatment carried out on wasp nest. From the first contact to paying the bill - we have been really impressed! Masterclass in communications from Tae A Moose, quick to provide a time to visit, text messages confirming appointment time, another text to say technician Craig was on his way, Craig was polite, treated our home with care and also enthusiastic about getting the job done right. He had all the right kit for treating the wasps nest and gave lots of advice for the few hours post wasp treatment and what to expect/look out for over the next couple of days. The invoice was provided quickly and when I called to pay the bill, I was spoken to by a lady who was so nicely spoken and directed me to the Tae A Moose website to make payment easier than over the phone. I feel sure that they would have accommodated a payment over the phone if I was not adept at using computers. All in all a really good service, lovely people and so good to have this local business on our doorstep. Hopefully won't need you again soon, but we will definitely make this our first stop next time.
