Recently had issues with mice, contacted this company and spoke to Vicky who was really reassuring and arranged for Brian to come out. Brian came out to see us really quickly and then a couple of times again afterwards. He was really helpful and explained everything he was doing. Problems now gone. Service is amazing and would definitely recommend. Cheerful, friendly staff who are confident in what they do and resolved things quickly.

We had a suspected rodent infestation in our basement. Craig came out very promptly to assess the situation (next day), removed the dead rat and set traps. He identified the point of entry and gave appropriate advice. Extremely efficient and professional service. Excellent communication via email and text. Would highly recommend.

Excellant company. I called and they were able to book me in that same day, he turned up with only an hour or so. Lady on the phone was really helpful and friendly gentleman who came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend using them.

Brain came out to assess the extent of a rat problem we might have. We were reassured that there was no nest and that the issue was fairly minor. Really reassuring and helpful - talked us through the likely explanations for the rat(s), and how they would be eradicated. We'll certainly be using them again and we will be happy to recommend them to others. Communication was good too, both the email communication and the text alerts confirming our booking and a reminder in advance of our booking.

Called Tae A Moose for help having found mouse droppings in various places in an older house we were renovating. Craig was extremely punctual, on both visits, and very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring, taking practical measures and explaining everything clearly. If you have a pest problem, he will reliably help you.

An elusive unwanted visitor was running about our loft. Craig was thorough with his investigation considering the limited space to manoeuvre in and successfully removed our squatter. He was punctual, friendly and professional at each visit. Highly recommended.

Great service, fansastic coms. Service on the ground was prompt, through, efficient and friendly.
