We hired Brunon Rogowski Ltd to build a large bespoke bookcase in our living room, cupboard shelving and repair four outside window sills. From the first enquiry and consultation, to the work being carried out and the finished product we were very happy with Brunon and his team did. We would definitely use them again.

We had Alex out for a relatively small job of putting up a new stair handrail and a 2m long shelf in our living room. He was punctual, great at communicating what he was going to do next and asking us what we wanted. He kept the place tidy throughout, working outside when doing the dusty parts of the job and he especially handled a couple of unexpected problems really well. Happy to recommend them to friends and would definitely get work done again by them.

Another tradesman installed a new boiler for us and damaged a pipe which caused a leak from our flat through our floor into the flat below. We asked Brunon to come out and inspect any damage that had happened to our place.
He arrived right on time, looked around the problem area and concluded that we wouldn't need any repairs done - because of the type of flooring and the style of house he saw that all leaked water would have drained through our floor and into the downstairs flat. So everything would have drained away and not caused any damage that would need fixing. Good news!
I expected that he would charge us the quoted fee for the first hour of his call-out which was £90. I asked him how I should pay him and he said that he didn't feel that we owed him anything because he hadn't done anything (other than giving us very helpful professional advice), so we didn't need to pay him anything.
He was really fair to us, very helpful, and very likeable. He'll certainly be the first guy I contact for any further work we need done in our house in the future.

We had some shelves installed and a large mirror hung, and Brunon Rogowski Ltd was wonderful to work with. Always showed up when they said they would, were very clear about what they would do, and installed some of the most secure and robust shelving I've ever seen. I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Replacement of old timber deck with new composite deck. This included the removal of the old structure & construction of a new one as well as a new timber balustrade.
Brunon and his team were on time every day. The site was always left tidy overnight and Brunon was always happy to chat and explain what they were doing. Our lounge and hall were in dire need of renovation. Brunon, Alex and the team completed a full refurb - including:
* completely stripping both rooms
* Filling in our old fireplace
* replastering the walls and ceilings
* fitting new architraves and skirting
* building and installing new cabinets in alcoves
* co-ordinating all the electrical and lighting work
* painting the walls, ceilings, doors & woodwork
* repairing damaged floorboards and laying new LVT flooring throughout
The team were very hard working and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
Brunon and Anna were always contactable, offering help and advice when required.
Even after the work was completed, Brunon came back out and touched up some paintwork, after a couch delivery caused some damage to a door frame.
A professional job by all. The work was completed to a really high standard and I am delighted with it all.

Did a beautiful job of tiling my small kitchen this year. All communication with the office before and after the job was very efficient and organised. Aleks, who did the tiling work, was prompt, conscientious and precise, and found good solutions for things like trickier corners. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, everything was done to an excellent standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After a few years putting up with deteriorating, poorly installed decking at the back of our flat we decided to have it replaced with sandstone paving. Brunon and Conrad did a great job. They’re communicative, professional, tidy and attentive and a genuine pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a very high standard, to the original quote and schedule, and went very smoothly considering how tricky it can be to access the back of an Edinburgh tenement for jobs like this. They even fixed a broken doorknob on the shared back door, something I hadn’t got around to doing myself. Cheers! We’d certainly use Brunon and his team for any future jobs, they’re great guys and are a credit to their profession.

Brunon Rogowski executed the full restoration and refurbishment of this Victorian flat in Edinburgh, for one of our clients. Plumbing, heating and electric services were replaced, walls were replastered and decorated and floors sanded. The existing kitchen and bathroom were entirely renewed and a new en-suite shower room and dressing area were created for the master bedroom. The project ran very smoothly and the final result was perfectly delivered. Brunon and his staff are a pleasure to work with; professional, proactive and caring. I will without hesitation recommend them to my future clients.

We chose Brunon to carry out our building work through Trusted Trader and were not disappointed.
The project consisted of digging up existing concrete patio and laying new slabs. They crushed the old concrete and used as part of the base for the new patio. Renewing roughcasting on garden walls, creating step at back door and ledge at patio doors. Relaying uneven slabs around the house. Removal of existing path and steps at the front of the house and creating new steps and path. They also carried out various maintenance building works. Brunon and Conrad carried out the majority of the building work supported by Alex. They were extremely hard working and kept us informed of progress and consulted us if any adjustments needed to be made. They left the site tidy at the end of each day. If the weather was inclement, Brunon or Anna would text early in the morning to let us know they would not be on site. They were pleasant and respectful and considered the impact of the work on our neighbours. We are very pleased with the completed works and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Excellent work delivered with minimum of disruption. The storage units were built off site and delivered fitted and painted. The externally sourced wine racks needed a bit of adjustment. Throughout all of the project Brunon and his team were completely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Bruno and his amazing team completely refitted the basement of the Tailors shop which had been damaged by flooding. They put new wall surfaces in, painted them and installed lots of useful shelving. Their work was neat and of the highest standard. They were punctual, hard-working and always tidied up after themselves at the end of the day. We all said how nice it was to have them working in the shop, and none of us would hesitate to use their services again, either here at work, or in our own homes.

Brunon and the guys prepared and laid flooring in our kitchen and once again made a fantastic job of it - 3rd job in the last couple of years. Their quality of work as always was mexcellent, they are adaptable and can run with complications as they arise, they give super advice and are obviously very experience as well as highly skilled. And, of course their communication skills with Anna’s help, are top notch! Many thanks to them, and we’ll be back in touch soon for the next job on the list.

I had 2 sets of very steep, unsafe steps to my back garden from decking outside my kitchen door. Brunon and Alex designed safer stairs, and the team installed them very quickly and efficiently. At all times they were hardworking, friendly and respectful. At the end of each day everything was tidied away and the route from front to back door was vacuumed each evening. I have already recommended them to a friend who needs work done on her decking.
