Spruce Garden Services/Puzzled Monkey Landscaping repaired/rebuilt 18m of our wooden garden fence in March. The team carried out the work in atrocious conditions where it rained heavily every day. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the finished fence. The team were very helpful, polite and hard working. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had 3 small trees and 12 old roses removed from my small garden 2 Salix and a Ceanothus).
Mathew and Alex (C) did a great job. They managed to remove the trees with minimal disturbance to other planting. They were very pleasant, professional and helpful. As well as the tree/rose removal they did a bit of a tidy up of the garden which was not expected. I was very pleased with work carried out.

We have an annual contract. We cannot continue to live here unless the garden is cared for by a reliable, communicative, courteous, hard working, efficient , pleasant ,helpful, group of people .

Tasks done were lowering a mixed hedge by about 2 feet.
Removal of a tall shrub including stump.
Trimming of large escallonia stumps to ground level.
Removal of all green material.
The pre visit to discuss the work we were thinking of having done was very useful and professional.

Spruce came to do a long awaited and badly needed garden tidy up.
Three young men worked hard for six hours and completely gutted a very untidy garden. They cut hedges, pruned shrubs and relocated shrubs. They also lifted all the soil around the garden to lift back plastic laid by landscapers years ago. Although still needing ongoing work the garden has been transformed. What a difference.
I have arranged for them to follow up with fortnightly maintenance as I have faith in them continuing to do a good job.
They were polite and friendly throughout.
Craig Young, who did the initial visit, was also very knowledgable and helpful, assisting me with suggestions on what could be done.
On the basis of what I ahve seen so far, I would definitely recommend them.

A small bit of garden redesign with lawn removed and replaced with a path and new beds. Excellent workmen who cared about the quality of what they were doing. Overall the job was carried out on time (although a few annoying gaps in attendance). Good value for money and a company I’d use again.
