Spruce Garden Services came out of their usual area to quote for the work. I am delighted with the result. My garden was badly overgrown but the 3 gardeners worked so hard and now I have a garden to be proud of. The guys were so pleasant and friendly, even took my bins in!

Added an additional stone bed to existing landscaping. The work was carried out quickly to a high standard and the team took care to clear up afterwards. Many thanks.

This is the second time I've used Spruce Garden services. Work this time included a redesign of an overgrown part of the garden, laying a new path, installing raised flower beds, landscaping and tidying up of existing trees. Really happy with the quality of their work, the guys did a great job (including on a couple of days when the weather was pretty poor!). I'm sure I'll use again in future.

Friendly, efficient (all neatly tidied when they finished their work). Very professional. A knowledgeable team (people who actually knew about plants and how they should be pruned or not) and they who did a great job, left my garden looking lovely. Highly recommended.

We had a tidy-up of our front and back gardens. The team was very quick, friendly and efficient.

My only suggestion would be that Spruce contacts customers on the day to give a more precise time of arrival, because I was told to expect them any time from noon, which meant I hung around waiting for them to arrive. However, not at all a big deal and very happy with overall service.

Spruce came and made a great job of clearing the site they work very hard and I am very happy with the end product.

Garden clear-out and tidy up. Super friendly staff, can't do enough for you. One of the best customer service businesses I've used in a long time in any industry. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Would use again and recommend to others. You can tell that the owner down to the guys who do the work and the staff in the office all take real pride in their work.

We had a base prepared for a new shed and the area vacated by the old shed paved. Raised beds were installed along one boundary of the paving.

We had the borders of our garden completely updated with new edging and log-roll to our specification. The job was done on time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the end result.

8 June 2020 There is nothing better in workmanship than careful attention to fine detail and this was certainly provided by everyone in the Spruce Garden Services and Puzzled Monkey team who worked in every way on the reconstruction of our front garden. A major task.
The whole appearance of the garden is now of clean lines with all new lovely stone walls, steps and paving, replacing old crumbling concrete. New fresh turf has replaced old weedy grass. The lawns have been separated to the main path by a clean line of granite sets. A great idea by the team leader. The time spent going over all the drawings was certainly worth it and very much appreciated. The communication from the office was excellent, the setting up of the work schedule, material deliveries and daily timing of all the team went like clockwork. It was a joy to have the building team who were all excellent workers, very tidy and efficient.
They have not only provided what we were looking to achieve but offered their own personal ideas with our agreement, to a great design.
With our recommendation, and admired by passers by, we thank each and everyone of you.

The lads at Spruce took on a Herculean task to remove 20 years of overgrown weeds, trees and shrubs that surround a private but communal car park for me. It was 2 full days of hard toil and I have been impressed with not only the result, but the professionalism shown. I would certainly recommend Spruce to anyone thinking of needing a job well done. We had a lot of different jobs to be done both in the front of the house and back garden: building a bridge, laying stone steps, building raised beds and a new border and laying down concrete foundations for bike shed. All was complete to a high standard and any issues along the way were solved following sensible discussions and suggestions. The work was complete efficiently and the area left nice and clean.
