We had a boiler service and a couple of damaged towel rails. Smartgas came out quickly, offered a solution which didn’t require new towel rails and did the work quickly. Jason was courteous, did the work to a high standard and left the rooms clean. The bill was very reasonable and in distinction to a quote for three times as much from a rival company who were unable to source standard towel rail brackets! I highly recommend Smart Gas.

Highly recommended service that impressed from the first phone call to completion of works. Very quick response through email communication, site visit was completed within days and new boiler was installed within a period of 10 days. Communication through the duration of the works went above and beyond expectations.

After calling a few places, I found Smart Gas was the most reasonably priced for an engineer to come out. The engineer was polite and efficient, explaining things clearly. New boiler installed soon after. Another excellent engineer. Very knowledgeable, tidy, efficient, smart and explained the new system clearly. Would highly recommend.

Our 10-year old combi boiler failed its annual inspection so we needed to have a replacement supplied and fitted as soon as possible. Smart Gas Solutions contacted me a matter of minutes after I made a request on the Ediburgh Trusted Trader website. They provided a competitive quote, and came and fitted the boiler less than 48 hours after I accepted the quote. Everything was left clean and tidy. We weren't clear how the wireless thermostat worked, and they were happy to pop back and show us. My experience of dealing with Smart Gas Solutions was definitely a positive one from start to end.

On meeting Mark I was very impressed by his manner and the information which he supplied.
The replacement and relocation of the boiler were completed while I was on holiday which was very convenient.

This company removed our old boiler and huge water tank and installed a new combi boiler in the same day. They came on the day arranged and were two really nice guys who new what they were doing. On job completion you would never have known they had been in the flat as all debris had been removed and hoovered. Just had the yearly service done on the day arranged with no problems whatsoever. Dealing with the office is also a pleasure.

We had a replacement gas boiler installed. The boiler engineers arrived promptly and were very professional. Even after an issue with a historical leak was identified, they took control and sorted the problem out. Would highly recommend this company.

My replacement boiler was surveyed, quoted for, installed and commissioned all within a two week period. The engineers turned up on time, worked quickly, efficiently, courteously and cleaned up after themselves. First class company - I would highly recommend Smartgas Solutions Group Ltd.
