We were recommended SmartGas solutions by someone we trust and they didn't disappoint. My mum had actually used them before me and was impressed with their overall service too. From organising the appointment and quote stage to the completion of the job they were super. I was concerned because I knew the job wasn't a big one but the price was competitive and I was left the impression that no job was too small or big, and the same level of service was given to both. I believe the range of technical ability, experience and knowledge they have as a company is a lot bigger than my leaking pipe. Boiler service and replacement and repositioning of radiator. Great quick service, tidy and no fuss.

This is the third time I have asked Smartgas to do some work for me, and they've continued their trend of reliable and dependable plumbing work. They installed and moved some radiators in my house, and the plumber kept everything tidy, kept me informed, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Definitely can't ask for more, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Boiler servicing. This is the third year we've had Smart Gas Solutions back. They remind us annually when the service is due and have friendly staff who arrive on time and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

SmartGas have made a few changes to our heating system and they service our boiler every year. They're very responsive to enquiries, they give a price upfront, they turn up on time and they do a good job. Can't really ask for much more. Thoroughly recommended.

Friendly and efficient on the phone job arranged within 24 hours of contacting and done within a week. Very friendly and efficient plumber/ engineer cleaned up would definitely use Smartgas again.

The ball cock in the upstairs toilet needed replaced It was built in so tiles etc needed to be carefully removed and replaced

I haven't had a boiler service for 9 years so I asked Smartgas to check it before the winter hits. The engineer turned up on time and found some bits that needed cleaning. Fortunately, everything else was fine. Excellent service and I will definitely call again the next time I need gas work done.

Smart Gas are a very good company with very high standards. They are customer focused. My favorite engineer is Jason. He is a great ambassador for their business. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best heating engineers I have ever met; polite, calm, professional, patient, tidy and always on time. Mark is one of the directors who is my contact. He is always willing to help. He always responds quickly. Smart Gas are not cheap nor are thay expensive. I belive you get what you pay for. With Smart Gas you peace of mind. I trust them and I have no hesitation recommending them.

Have used their services twice in the past year, both times their engineer (Gary) was reliable, friendly, and exceptionally helpful, and all this with a fair pricing policy. Would use again without hesitation.

Had existing Combi boiler replaced with a Worcester 32CDi boiler complete with magnetic filter & smart remote control. Excellent planning and boiler selection advice upfront from Mark during survey visit, then honoured the requested day and the price quote. On the day Michael, supported part time by Jason, did a fantastic job, hiding all pipework behind kitchen units, working around a couple of challenges, clearly explaining everything and being very tidy in clean-up and complete removal of old kit. Also great support from the SmartGas office team with queries and assistance. SmartGas is a very professional outfit and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
