All done within an hour , very efficient engineer very helpful

I have been in touch with Smart gas a few times this year to fix some issues with my boiler and radiators. They have always been brilliant. Their engineers are always polite, efficient, and extremely helpful, as are the office/reception staff. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were fantastic, professional. Turned up on time, managed the delivery problems (just suppliers not delivering the right things) and were reactive to any issues. Tidy and pleasant people.
Boiler and radiators are in. Loving the smart home remote which means i can switch on the heating from my phone. Great advice on boiler brands.

Had a leak in our ensuite shower, water was seeping onto the adjoining bedroom carpet, called Smart Gas who responded swiftly, despatched a plumber who took a proper look and quickly diagnosed the problem, also explained the issue in a very easy to understand manner, and applied a proper and, hopefully, permanent fix, left the place clean after the job so overall, a good experience for us. Pricing could have been a lot lower for what was a fairly straightforward job in the end (basically applying a sealant around the shower sink cap).

Have been using Smart Gas for all plumbing and heating related work for a couple of years now. We have been renovating a house in that time, so it has proven to be a lot of visits. Team are always very friendly, efficient and the quality of the work is always very high. Would recommend to anyone.

I decided to get my boiler serviced and the Smart Gas heating engineer gave me a running commentary of my boiler and told me exactly how I can get the best use of it. While he was in my kitchen he also fixed a leak underneath my kitchen tap. He was both friendly and very helpful. This man clearly enjoys his job and he's very very good at it. I could not have asked for a better service.

Fitter even tightened the toilet roll holder. Would have given top marks but had been a few visits to get this finally visited and still wasn’t the cheapest for labour. Engineers are friendly and clear up.
