Simon of Scott Findlay installed my new Greenstar oil boiler outside in the most difficult conditions.

He could not have been more helpful and I am now enjoying a lovely warm house for the first time for months.

From initial enquiry to completion of the job, Scott Findlay and his team were reliable friendly very helpful and adaptable. The finished job was to a very high standard and they were full of helpful advice in response to my endless questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending them again.

Really happy with our new boiler that was installed recently by the Scott Findlay team. All the engineers were very professional and knowledgeable when I asked random plumbing and heating questions. I liked the text message to advise when engineers were arriving, who arrived on time both days and who were a delight to talk to.

Excellent local company. We had a new boiler fitted by this company and I could not have faulted them in any way. They were efficient, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Their price was competitive and the service we received was second to none. Would definately recommend them.

Had gas boiler replaced in the middle of the cold weather snap due to it being unserviceable - the survey was carried on on the Monday with a quote issued on the Wednesday - On the same day that the quote was issued we accepted and heard the brilliant news that they could replace the boiler the next day - which they did. the whole team of Admin Staff and Engineers were amazing - both Kev who did the survey and Brian who installed and commissioned the boiler were superb. Both were compliant with Covid 19 practices, both were clean tidy and courteous. Both had a great attitude and are a credit to the company that they work for.

New boiler installation. Kenny's work was of an extremely high quality. Very conscientious and left the flat as he found it. I am very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use Scott Findlay again.

New boiler fitted as promised. Excellent service, they notify you when engineer will be arriving. Radiators flushed and all working perfectly. Really great company that can be trusted to tell you the truth.

We recently had a new boiler installed which also necessitated upgrading the gas supply pipe. The upgrading of the pipe meant lifting carpets and floor boards. The guy doing this did an excellent job as when finished everything was put back perfectly and any mess made was tidied up very well. Thanks Brian. Tradesmen are all very tidy, respectful and helpful. Even our full boiler replacement went like clockwork and quickly. We have used them for several years and will continue to do so.
