Started with very knowledgeable quote and advice. Came on the agreed day and took the amount of time they said they needed. Very personable team who were friendly and courteous. Finished job is neat and professional. We are very happy with the result and feel we will be well supported for any ongoing advice needed.

Scott Findlay installed a new boiler for me after my old boiler was found to unfit for use. They were very helpful, courteous and a pleasure to use. Their engineers turned up on time when they were supposed to do so and did an excellent job of installing the new boiler with minimum disruption. I would certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

An engineer came out to fix the boiler at very short notice to keep it going until the new one was installed which was much appreciated as the weather was freezing. The new one was put in very efficiently. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend Scott Findlay Plumbing and Heating

dilemma - fix old boiler or fit new? fast response plus excellent communication as SFP supplied quotes for both jobs so that I could decide - and no regrets that I chose them to replace the old boiler. the work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and maximum satisfaction.

Installation of new boiler following a breakdown. Very quick response to breakdown, and work to install new boiler carried out within a couple of days. Very professional heating engineer did the work, and communication with him and office all effective. Would definitely use again.

Excellent local company. We had a new boiler fitted by this company and I could not have faulted them in any way. They were efficient, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Their price was competitive and the service we received was second to none. Would definately recommend them.

Had gas boiler replaced in the middle of the cold weather snap due to it being unserviceable - the survey was carried on on the Monday with a quote issued on the Wednesday - On the same day that the quote was issued we accepted and heard the brilliant news that they could replace the boiler the next day - which they did. the whole team of Admin Staff and Engineers were amazing - both Kev who did the survey and Brian who installed and commissioned the boiler were superb. Both were compliant with Covid 19 practices, both were clean tidy and courteous. Both had a great attitude and are a credit to the company that they work for.

New boiler installation. Kenny's work was of an extremely high quality. Very conscientious and left the flat as he found it. I am very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to use Scott Findlay again.
