Lee and his work partner attended my home to level out some ground work to lay slabs in my back garden and all I can say is what an outstanding job they did! They definitely went above and beyond and were very polite and friendly and respected my property to the highest standards . Excellent service. A call to say they were on their way, arrived punctually. Problem diagnosed quickly and fixed quickly. I was taken through what the issue was, shown the faulty slates. I would recommend Saltire and will use them again without hesitation.

We use Saltire Roofing when we require a cherry picker and operator. A very efficient and professional service every time.

Saltire sent Jonny and John to mend damaged floor boards and seal the floors in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen against cigarette smoke ingress. We cannot speak too highly of these men.
Their work has been done to the highest standard. They went to no end of trouble to ensure that everything was just right. Not only were they thorough, their work was also neat and well finished.
The kitchen had particular difficulties, but they found solutions and overcame the problems cheerfully.
They were both warm and friendly and explained what was being done at each stage. We really appreciated that.
Jonny and John are skilled craftsmen, who take a pride in doing a good job and not cutting corners. They make a great team! This and their upbeat attitude has helped to make what could have been a very trying time for us a lot easier to manage. We feel very privileged to have had them in our home.

Great service from start to finish. I needed a sink to be installed in my WC and other companies would not do it as they said the job was too small or too difficult due to a curved wall.
Saltire got back to me quickly, sent someone out to measure up and give an estimate. They gave clear dates of when they could do the job and arrived at the right time. The guys were really quick, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Final bill also came in less than the estimate. Would highly recommend!

Saltire Roofing & Building Ltd replaced the concrete steps outside our front door.

The team that came to do the work were very professional and did an excellent job of fitting the new steps. After the work was done the old steps were taken away as arranged and the area cleared of all signs of construction.

We will certainly use them again in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I wanted to get some minor repairs done to the shower area in my bathroom. Saltire Roofing & Building provided helpful advice, suggested a package of works to be done and completed the works in a timely manner. They were reliable and I was happy with the quality of the work they have delivered. They also encountered one or two additional faults during the works, which they repaired as well. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any other works done to my flat in the future.

Replacement asphalt roofing for flat-roofed, single garage.
Work was delayed due to backlog of other works elsewhere and the prevailing weather conditions. Company was slow to notify us of the job being postponed.
However, we are happy to report that, when the roofers arrived, they worked full-on to complete the new roof within the time frame given. The two men were very courteous and kept the work area tidy over the two and a half days they were there.
The roof has been renewed and sealed to an excellent standard and all in time for Christmas!

Had a small plumbing emergency that needed urgent actioning. Plumbers were sent in within 2 hours notice and completed the job efficiently and professionally.

roof repair to deal with a leak and make the roof water tight for winter - the workers were great and took photos to show me what needed to be done - worked as long as possible on the first day until it was no longer safe due to the weather and returned early next morning to finish the work - great to find a reliable company and would have no hesitation to recommend you
