I had a fence supplied and installed. I thoroughly recommend Stephen. He was prompt, courteous, tidied up and really cared about the work. I was particularly impressed with how often he consulted me about what he was going to do, so he could be sure it was what I wanted.

Stephen and Wendy arrived very promptly(early!) and were friendly very efficient and a pleasure to to do business with. I needed ivy cut back which they did and removed the cut offs for me. I would definitely employ them again and would recommend highly.

The work was to dismantle and remove a 6 ft attic bed and also to remove a large desk. I would highly recommend S & W Property Solutions. Stephen and Wendy arrived punctually and they did a fantastic job. They were efficient, friendly and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The work was also very reasonably priced. Excellent job!

Stephen was excellent. All work undertaken with care and to quality standards. Work included repair of window casing, sanding and polishing wooden kitchen work top, draught proofing and other small repairs. Very pleased with the finished work. Entirely to my satisfaction, and was completed efficiently. Received service with a smile and good humour. I would definitely use Stephen again for other repairs.

Stephen fitted a couple of vent covers that had fallen off the outside of my flat and where there was a risk of birds making nests inside the extraction vents. His communication was excellent, he provided a competitive quote, did the work within good time and kept to the times we agreed. The work itself was to a good standard and the guarantee that Stephen provided backs this up.

This company responded to my phone call very promptly, they called round on a Sunday morning to see the job and gave me a price. When the part arrived they arranged to fit it quickly and promptly and arrived when they said they would. At all times they were pleasant and courteous.

Stephen has carried out various work on our behalf and the work has always been to a very high standard. We have had decking platform, a new boundary fence put in place and work on our conservatory roof done. The wooden underside of our porch was designed and replaced by Stephen and enhanced the front of our property.
Stephen is reliable, prompt, honest and is happy to give advice re any work being carried out.
