Asked S&W to install a rubber membrane roof on a large shed.
Steve was excellent in keeping me advised on how the job was progressing.
All work was carried out to a high standard and would highly recommend.

We needed a carpark security post fitted, found S&W Property Solutions Edinburgh & made contact. Stephen replied promptly & then arrived at the time he said that he would.
The job was costed clearly & the price was agreed. Stephen again arrived when he said that he would, in fact earlier, then without hesitation he fitted the post for us. A short demonstration was given to me then he left leaving the post in perfect working order.
A very business like job done with which I was perfectly satisfied both with the quality of workmanship & the customer service.

The supply and installation of a telescopic parking bollard. Very prompt response to enquiry & explanation of the options, following by installation on the agreed date and time - also a very neat job.

I needed plastering work done in my kitchen after l stripped old tiles off. Stephen was great he managed to fit me in gave me a date and time he could do it and he turned up on time. Work he did was professional and looked great Stephen was great polite and friendly put me at ease.

Stephen did several jobs for me, including lock changes and repair to plaster and paintwork on walls. Throughout our communication the company have been excellent, very fast to respond, quick to schedule in and the work was done to a very high standard. This is the second time we have used this company and would definitely use them again.

Stephen and Wendy dealt with my bathroom leak and refloored two rooms, one of which was the bathroom. As part of the bathroom leak they had to sanitize the leak area, remove my old toilet and install a new one, properly reseal my walk-in shower, and supply, fit and seal new bathroom underlay and flooring. It wasn't the most pleasant job, but they went about it without complaint and - given the nature of the work - very cleanly. They also refloored my kitchen.

This is the second project I've had Stephen and Wendy complete for me. Both times they have been diligent in their work, and their work ethic and commitment to doing a job fully has impressed me. They're always on time (or even early), and their communication is always superb - both via email and when on-site. Stephen likes to explain what he's doing and why while working, which I appreciate, and he is also happy to answer any questions.

We hit some snags along the way this time (for example, some of the new parts supplied by the manufacturer were faulty), but every time this happened they were keen to make sure that problems were fixed fully. They tried very hard to not charge me for extra replacement parts that weren't included in the original quote, but I insisted on paying for those given the manufacturers were at fault rather than Stephen and Wendy.

S&W installed a folding parking bollard for us. Their quote was very reasonable, they visited the site to ensure the solution was for for purpose, sourced and installed the bollard promptly, to a high standard and in line with the specifications we had requested. Their communications were excellent from start to finish.

Roof and masonry repair on flat roof. Stephen was excellent about explaining the options and coming up with a sensible and cost-effective solution. Wendy was great in keeping me up to date. Roof looks great. Such a relief to get it done.

Stephen and Wendy have thoroughly impressed me from start to finish. I contacted them to get a quote for reflooring two rooms. They were quick to fit in a time to quote, and right from the start they seemed keen to be helpful every step of the way. Their quote was very reasonable, so I went with it.

Stephen and his son were punctual all three days, arriving on or before the time they said they would each day. They worked hard, and gave me several progress updates as they went. Throughout the three days they explained what they were doing and why, and as a few very minor problems crept in (as such are wont to do with flat improvements), Stephen came up with solutions. They were also happy to work around my wish to keep my anxious and blind cat as undisrupted as possible!

Stephen repaired several cracks in the roughcasting of my house. He did a good, professional job for a fair price
