Garden clearance and putting up gate.

Excellent service throughout, from discussing what we wanted done and helping us be clear about our needs, to carrying out the job and leaving everything really clean and tidy afterwards. Wendy and Stephen are a fantastic team and we're really happy to recommend them to others and will certainly use them again for all our garden needs.

Removal of an existing fold down parking bollard in car parking space and supply & installation of a new one. Job well done, would use again for other jobs. Punctual arrival from both Wendy & Stephen and wasn't an issue that I had to postpone previously agreed date for the work.

Replacement of Garage door.
Arrived when they said they would and went straight to work. Replaced the door, removed the old door and fittings in fact they left the area cleaner than it was before they started.. totally professional job my Garage now looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company great value for money

Stephen has done a few jobs for me including referring and painting shed, repair to wooden fence and dismantling and removal of a storage unit. He is reliable and works efficiently. I am very pleased with work.

I had some large tree stumps that needed removed from my front garden. I had been quoted some ridiculous prices from other landscapers. I found my quote from S&W to be very fair. The site inspection and quote were quickly turned around and they completed the work a few days later which was great.

The standard of workmanship was excellent and the men were very polite and tidied up when they left. I would definitely use again.

I got Stephen to repair my garden fence which had started to sag. He put new posts in and secured the existing fence to these. He also dug up a tree at the bottom of my garden which was pushing on the fence and causing the damage. He also repaired my shed roof by re-felting it and doing some repairs to the wooden surrounds.

He explained really well what he was going to do and why and was really friendly and approachable and dealt with any questions I had.

I will be getting him back to do further jobs very soon.

Another great job by Stephen. He's on time, thoughtful and considerate and really good at helping with the planning stages to make sure we get best value. Really pleased with the finished bike shed.

I was having trouble with a leaking gutter. S&W were very quick to get out to my property to diagnose the problem, provide a quote and organise the repair.
On the day the team arrived on time, they cleaned and repaired the gutters and provided me with regular updates. Overall I received a courteous and efficient service and I would highly recommend to everyone.

Stephen was really helpful in advising how best to do a number of tasks , always consulting my wishes and preferences. Very straightened to deal with.

Very professional and excellent in all workmanship, very tidy, approachable, had really good ideas and advice, have recommended to friends and neighbours, and I'll always employ them for anything I need done.

The service was excellent and I would highly recommend - after submitting a request (via Trusted Trader) I received a very quick response from Wendy who managed to schedule our gutter review and clean at very short notice. Stephen arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to clean it and tidy up all within the hour. This has completely fixed our problem. Guttering replacement: I contacted S and W Property Solutions Edinburgh via the trusted trader’s website having read their reviews. Within a week we had met, agreed the price and the work was finalised. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, when I was unsure of what Stephen was trying to explain to me, he drew me a diagram, let me view the problem and gave me very detailed information as to the repair, what needed to be done and why. I was made to feel very much part of the process not just the person who would write the cheque. My Guttering has been replaced to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy. Everything about this company was efficient and effective from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and I will most certainly be making use of their services in the near future.
