Good work all around

Richies Scaffolding Services enabled us to have stonework repairs - pointing and mastic work - done for us and for our neighbours. Richie has a good relationship with the stonemason and understands his requirements. The scaffolding was put up on the agreed date - despite pouring rain! - and dismantled within two weeks of completion. (This last point is positive - many scaffolders will leave kit in place for weeks until they move it to another job.) The guys were careful, skilful and pleasant. Billing was efficient and I would gladly use Richies again and recommend the firm without hesitation.

Had a previous quote for scaffolding from a company who were fitting my solar panels, thought it was a bit expensive, so decided to ask Ritchie Scaffolding Services for a quote.
Ross came round to the house, he was very helpful and told me what to expect if they carried out the work, then contacted me a few days later with a quoted which I was very happy with and a plan of where the scaffolding would be placed.
When the panels were to be fitted the Solar Panel company give me a date for the scaffolding, but it was not convenient, so contacted Ross who amended the date to suit myself. The work was carried out as agreed, the guys turned up on time and were very professional, always letting me know what was going on. When the work was finished, contacted Ross and they removed the scaffolding two days later, putting items back to where they were previously and tidying up after them.

Richie’s Scaffolding supplied, erected and dismantled scaffolding in our hall last October (required for painting high walls and cupula). They were efficient, reliable and friendly, providing excellent service and we would highly recommend them.

Internal scaffolding (to enable painting above our halls) was delivered on time, erected quickly and efficiently and removed promptly after all work completed. A quote was provided and adhered to.

Richies put up scaffolding for us on the inside of our house so there could be work on the skylight and then extremely high walls and ceilings painted. Erection of an internal scaffold tower

We were repainting a high ceiling, hall, stairs and landing - for the third time in 30 years but this time needed to work on the ceiling. Richie's cupola scaffold, perfectly tailored to the job, enabled us to work carefully without worrying about the height - like having a solid floor built. Great team, who even took down and put back a huge painting. Quick, methodical, understood what we were trying to do. So instead of a week of wobbling on too-long ladders we had a luxury work platform for 4 weeks. Then we finished and it was whisked away - no mess. Neighbours stunned by the different way of working and a really reasonable cost.
