Renomasters recently completed the complete refurbishment of my bathroom, stripping out the old one back to the brick.

Kristopher and his team did a brilliant job, they were always punctual and cleaned and tidied after themselves each day. They even managed to make it in each day despite the snow that kept many people away from their work.

They met me each morning to discuss that days work so I was kept informed of what would be happening and could talk through how things should look. Anything that wasn't as I'd expected was discussed to understand my requirements, providing helpful input, and then amended without complaint.

The finished bathroom they have produced is superb and looks just as I had imagined.

From quote to completion the guys at Renomasters were extremely professional, friendly and reliable. We had our bathroom completely redone and Renomasters helped us achieve everything we wanted. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and finished work on time, even though they faced a few challenges due to the age and design of our existing pipework. In terms of value-for-money it was by far the best quote we received. We rate Renomasters very highly and we will certainly get the team back in to do our kitchen.

Using Renomaster to renovate our bathroom was the best decision we have ever made! We provided most of the goods with Renomaster doing the labour. We had unexpected problems with the old plasterwork, with our not purchasing the correct items and with our boiler but the workmen were unflappable and coped wonderfully. Their advice was professional at all times and their workmanship was of the highest standard. Their workmen take a pride in doing a perfect job. An unexpected bonus was the care with which they protected our house from plaster and dust and the very thorough cleaning up at the end of the job. Compared to other workman we have had Renomasters are most definitely a company to trust and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our experience of using Renomasters for the renovation of our tenement flat (complete re-plastering, decorating, kitchen fitting, bathroom tiling and joinery) has been excellent. We just wish we had found them earlier, as some of our renovation work had already started and we had been let down. The quality of Renomaster's work is superb and the team worked fast and efficiently. Furthermore, they proved to be highly customer focused, trustworthy and reliable. We are currently living 175 miles away but Kris always kept in contact, returning calls promptly, and keeping us informed of progress. He and Vitek were always available (often at very short notice) when we did visit which was really helpful. We would definitely recommend them.

We have used Renomasters twice now, to install both a bathroom and a kitchen.

In both cases the team's budget and timeline were reliable and stayed on track. Where small changes to either were required, they were communicated openly and explained clearly.

Most importantly, the quality of the work is exceptional - fantastic attention to detail. They are very flexible and turn their hands to almost anything. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

A great team, very friendly, efficient, hardworking and tidy, who produced a bathroom with a finish worthy of an interior design magazine. We are very pleased with the service received from Renomasters.

This was the first time we have used this company. We had our bathroom completely overhauled. Tiling (walls and floors), new bath, sink, toilet, vanity unit, towel radiator, repositioning some pipes, lighting and electric shower fitted. The job took 5 days in total which seemed very reasonable for the amount of work involved.

A detailed quotation was provided in advance so we new exactly what was included. The cost of any extras we requested during the project were discussed and agreed, so when the bill came in after completion of the work, it was exactly what we anticipated.

From start to finish Kristopher and his team were all very professional, courteous and helpful. There was excellent communication throughout the project with the team always keeping us informed about progress, and when appropriate, getting our view on how we wanted something done such as positioning of fixtures and fittings.

These were the most punctual tradespeople we have ever encountered - the team turned up exactly when they said they would - to the minute!
(Very much appreciated when you are trying to get the kids out the door to school and yourself out to work).

Throughout the job they respected our property and kept the house as tidy as possible. They used dust sheets and tidied and vacuumed up at the end of each day.

Renomasters quote for the job seemed competitive and we decided to give them a go based on the reviews and ratings on this website.
On completion, our view is they represent very good value for money for the high quality of workmanship and finish which is excellent!

They did exactly what I wNted and also were always available to help me manage the job, as I don't live in the property and live in London. They were really helpful coming back to me by text, emails and also phone.

Kris and his team from Renomasters recently did a complete renovation of my bathroom. From the initial survey to the culmination of the work I was impressed by their professionalism and skill.

From the outset Kris explained what would or wouldn't be possible given the bathroom dimensions. He also helped me choose a bathroom suite and layout which now finished is both stunningly beautiful and makes best use of space. During the work they turned up on time every day like clockwork and when here worked quickly and efficiently.

At the end of the working day they tidy everything up so as to minimize disruption. They really are well organised and very good at what they do, and I'm really glad I chose them to do my bathroom. Very highly recommended

Vitek and the team were reliable and carried out a professional job. They managed to fit me in due to a cancellation and worked very hard to complete the work (despite some challenges) . Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend for professionalism, level of service and workmanship. I have now used Renomasters for 2 projects and would not hesitate to use them again.

Kris and the team did a great job and handled all services - plumbing, decorating, joinery and electrical work. No waiting on other tradesmen, so the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. They tidied up at the end of the day and Kris was always on hand to sort out any issues.

We re-installed and renovated two bathrooms, moved a wall, blocked up a doorway and re-decorated several rooms. All done in under two weeks.

We employed Renonmasters to update the 2 bed flat we had bought in Edinburgh Old Town. The estimate was very reasonable and it was clear what they would do for the project. A joy to work with from start to finish. Renomasters did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it, they were very flexible and the quality of the finished work was outstanding.

This was the first time I have ever redocorated so this was all very new to me. Prior to Renomasters, I had approached a few other companies for quotes.
What I found with Renomasters was that no question was a stupid question. Vitek and Kristopher answered all the questions and concerns that I had about making changes to the kitchen. They took the time to understand the work that would need to be done before giving me a detailed quote of what was included in the price. This gave me reassurance that there would be no hidden surprises.
I have heard that redecorating can be a stressful time but I didn't feel stressed with Vitek and Kristopher. The guys turned up when they said would. They followed up after they finished putting in the new kitchen to check that I was happy with the result. I'm loving my new kitchen and part of that is due to the experience/service that Renomasters provided. Totally recommend them!
