David and the team at Queensferry Roofing did a fantastic job on our recent roof and skylight repair, which was caused by storm damage during Storm Ashley back in October last year. After our home emergency insurance failed to properly secure the roof, David stepped in, made everything watertight, and gave us peace of mind.

The final repairs were completed just in time, the day before Storm Eoywn hit and I’m happy to say the roof & skylight held up perfectly and remains secure!

Having moved into a new home we were keen to get the roof checked over. David turned up on time and recommended a course of action to repair and protect the roof.

David came and fixed some tiles and a leak on our roof.
He was reliable and courteous throughout.

1. Remove roughly 1m2 of tiles below the chimney stack at area of water ingress, remove rotten battens and felt
2. Re-felt the 1m2 area and re-batten the roof using 19x38mm tile batten, re-tile on completion
3. Re-fix lead flashing back into the chimney stack and seal the raggle back up with lead sealant
4. Clean out

Queensferry Roofing arrived when they said they would. The work was carried out promptly and the left garden tidy. They were helpful and courteous I would definitely recommend.

David has performed roof repairs for me. I've got a Victorian house so the roof needs attention now and again. David comes out on time and at short notice if he can. Nothing is a problem and performs the repairs with minimum fuss and a high degree of skill. He is happy to discuss the best approach to any repairs which i find is very helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough.
