Trader decorated my lounge. I am very happy with the work carried out. Trader was punctual, polite and very helpful. The decorators put protective sheeting over windows, fireplace and flooring and they also cleaned up when they had finished. The work was excellent and I would be very happy to use Rafal for future decoration jobs.

I received good advice on the painting of gutters, rhones and downpipes, and work was carried out quickly and professionally. I was happy with the completed work, and I certainly would use Rafal again for any future work.

They have fantastic communication, replying to messages quickly. They attend at the agreed time every time and the quality of their work is excellent. They gave good advice for the gutter/downpipe project. The project was completed on time and provided good value for money. They are friendly and helpful guys and I have recommended them to neighbours and friends and I will use them again for future painting work.

I have just had my bay window externally painted By Quality Decor. The result is a lovely painted and repaired window.
The staff were very friendly and courteous.
When finished all rubbish was removed and the area tidied.

Quality Decor stripped out an old lathe and plaster ceiling, plastered a new ceiling and redecorated our whole living room. I had originally lined Quality Decor up to do the decorating with another firm doing the ceiling replacement, but when the other company had to cancel last minute, Rafal at Quality Decor managed to arrange the plastering work at two-days' notice.
Rafal was excellent to work with and the quality of work from him and his team was excellent. Can't fault any aspects, but of particular note was Rafal's responsiveness to queries and inquiries, flexibility (when when we had a last-minute change of paint colour) and high quality of workmanship and care.

The job we had done was undertaken by Rafal and his team on an extremely tight time scale due to flooring contractors coming at his back.

We had our front door painted. We are very pleased with the end result and with service provided by Quality decor who were very professional, turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend.

Painting of ceilings, walls, radiators, skirtings, facings, glass doors and bannister/railings in large bedroom, kitchen, utility room, hall, landing and stairs.

From start to finish the work was done very professionally. This started when Rafal came to look at our requirements. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, explaining options for anything we weren't sure about. His estimate of the time to do the job was spot on and the decorators arrived punctually and worked hard every day. We were impressed with the way that Rafal kept in touch with us throughout the week to check that that the job was going to our satisfaction and to address any concerns we might have, even though there were none.

All in all, we were delighted with Quality Decor's service. The standard of work was excellent, carried out by competent, friendly tradesmen. We will highly recommend Quality Decor to our friends and will definitely use them again.

Rafal and his team did an amazing job. We had a leak in one of the rooms, 1 wall needed replacement (new insulation and new plasterboards) and then painting of the whole room. The service provided was excellent, they finish the job earlier than anticipated with attention to details. I would highly recommend Quality decor and we will use them again in the future.

Quality Decor painted the exterior wall of my basement flat. Rafal and his colleague were very friendly and easy to deal with. Rafal was responsive to texts/calls when scheduling a convenient time for the job. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Raf and Gary thoroughly prepped and repaired the surfaces where required, used quality Primer and did a very professional and neat paint job. Highly recommended. I emailed on a Friday and by the following Friday Rafal had completed the job! Painting a bedroom, covering up wallpaper and doing all the woodwork. He did a really excellent job, quickly and mess free. I thought his pricing was very competitive too.
