They were on time, kept us up to date throughout the job, and also made sure we had video and images of the work, in case we needed them when we were not at home to view what had been done. The team did a great clean up job too.

Jonathon and his team have done several bits of work for us over the years, most recently extending and replacing several skylights in a georgian roof. They always do what they say they will do and charge what they say they will charge. They are friendly and punctual, and leave the place as tidy as it can be at the end of each day and at the end of the project. I found it hard to comment on value for money because we've been so satisfied with the work that we haven't had anyone else quote for it for ages!

I'll use New Town again and always recommend them.

Jonathon and his team at Newtown Renovations reconfigured the top floor of our house, moving walls to create two new rooms, replaced ceilings and cornice and installed a new shower room. They also renovated our utility room by installing kitchen units and tiled and plastered our vestibule. Any time you have people working in your house can be quite stressful but the communication with Jonathon and his team was excellent and went a long way to making the process as stress free as possible. My partner and I were very happy with the work and finish that was achieved. And where there were a few snags or issues to be resolved, Jonathon made sure that these were done and we were happy. We were very happy with the work in general but I think their joinery work was exceptional and deserves a special mention. I highly expect we will ask Newtown to do more work for us and I have already recommended them to friends.

Having had Newtown Renovations a few months ago to install an ensuite shower room, and having been pleased with their work, I asked them to insulate the roof above a ground floor extension. As with the previous job, the work was undertaken at the time agreed and the team members were polite and efficient.

I consulted new town renovations about the renovation of a possible property purchase, and they could not have been more professional, generous, and kind. While I haven’t yet used their services fully, I regularly see local reviews in Facebook groups recommending them heartily, so I will definitely be using them for all of my future renovation needs. I've used Newtown Renovations in the past so knew the quality of their work. As soon as we moved into our A-listed Old Town flat we lined them up to renovate our windows. They are always busy and they couldn't do the work for three months, but we were happy to wait. The quote was comprehensive and there were no hidden extras. As the start date approached we added several other jobs, including laying an engineered wooden floor in our hall. As expected the work was carried out efficiently to a high standard. The tradesmen always turned up when expected and were pleasant and polite at all times. Jonathon Morrice, who runs the company, is super efficient and always makes sure things run smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I would recommend Newtown Renovations to anyone needing quality joinery work completed. I needed the kitchen floor replaced after a flood and new wardrobe doors fitted. Campbell and Adam replaced the floor with no mess left for me to clean up, Campbell returned and fitted the wardrobe doors at a later date assisted by Reece again no mess. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I will definitely use Newtown Renovations in the future.

We have had wooden sash case windows restored and draft proofed and roof skylights installed through Newtown. They are consumate professionals who will do as they say will. They are polite, respectful, treat the property with great care and keep open communications through the entire process. Their quality of work is very high and you never have to chase them. Newtown Renovations replaced some rotten and damaged door and window sills.

As ever with such things this did not prove as simple as initially envisaged but the guys from Newtown Renovations dealt with the challenges and completed the job well and at no extra cost

We contracted Newtown Renovations to do a complete remodel of our bathroom and partial remodel of our kitchen in our Victorian tenement style flat. This included plumbing, electrical, plasterboard, joinery tiling, decoration, remediation of water damage, and window installation.

All the works were carried out to an incredibly high standard, with excellent craftsmanship from all the workers. Great communication from Jonathan, Campbell, and the whole team, who were very helpful with selecting materials and fixtures, finding solutions to problems, etc. I would recommend Newtown to anyone considering similar projects, and wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any work on our flat in the future.

NRltd worked with my architect to install a Velux window in my ceiling/roof. They followed the architect's drawings, cutting a hole in my ceiling and roof, making good all the plaster in that room including removing old ceiling coving around the room to give a sharp modern look to that room. They then repainted the whole room including woodwork and Victorian radiator.

They exceeded my expectations, truly. I particularly commend the painter, David, who did not hesitate to accomodate my extra painting requests which were totally outwith the agreed project brief. David also cleaned the inside of my windows in that room which were flecked in places with spots of plaster.

Joinery work to defective roof joists. Used before and just as good an experience the 2nd time round.
