Newtown Renovations completed work in my flat in a timely and professional manner. I plan to hire them again for our next project. They stepped in when I had been let down by another company and fully delivered. Jonathon and his team carried out joinery, painting, and decorating in a sitting room and completely redid a cloakroom WC, which required painting, joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, etc. It was very convenient to have all of these tasks handled in house. All members of the team were professional and friendly.

We used Newton Renovations for a full refurbishment of the front door of a tenement flat. This included joinery, painting and fitting of new ironmongery. We are extremely happy with the completed works - the door looks fantastic. We were really impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, good communication and attention to detail of the joiners and painter. We hope to use Newtown Renovations for other projects in future.

We wanted the cupboards under our kitchen bunker replaced with new units, which we thought would mean having to remove the bunker and redoing all the convoluted plumbing. The superb Newtown joiner instead worked out what he would do if it were his own home and with his excellent apprentice delivered a result that was better than we'd hoped for, in half the time we'd anticipated. We are delighted with it, and with the friendliness, efficiency and tidiness of the Newtown staff.

We have used Newtown Renovations twice now, initially to totally replace around half of our sash windows. Following that positive experience, we asked them to replace some more windows and also carry out some decorating and joinery work. We could not be more positive about working with Newtown, comms are excellent, their employees are extremely pleasant and genuinely keen to do the best job for you. The work has been carried out to an extremely high standard, so much so that we wish we had come across Newtown before starting our renovation and had asked them to do everything. We will have another block of work to do later this year and will not be asking anybody else.

Newtown took down a wall, built a kitchen and refurbished a bathroom in a 1969-built fiat in Edinburgh. About 3 months’ work overall, and a reasonable level of complexity. A great experience - genuinely a pleasure to work with them and their subcontractors. All work carried out predictably and to a high standard, efficient problem solving, snagging dealt with promptly, results overall exceeded expectations. Comms good throughout - always responsive, and willing to deal with snags out of hours on a couple of occasions when needed. Highly recommended - would use them again.

Newtown Renovations did an excellent job removing some internal stonework and replastering. When some structural stonework was unexpectedly uncovered they managed to get their stonemasons in the following day to deal with it without additional costs. The finish was all high quality and they even provided cleaners at the end.

Newtown Renovations are my go-to trades for joinery; they have always been punctual, professional and excellent communicators. They stick to a quote and always turn up when they say they will and complete a job perfectly.. no matter how large or small.

Fridge door not closing properly, hinges replaced and door adjusted. High standard of work, excellent result. Work done promptly. Good communication with/from admin team too.

Shane quickly spotted the problem with the window and had it moving up and down smoothly very quickly.

I used Newtown renovations to refurbish our sash and cash windows, the previous windows were old, damp and very drafty with lots of flaky paint. The team did a fantastic job at completely refurbishing the windows and they now look brand new! The work was done efficiently and thoroughly and I would definitely use them again for future projects.

I messaged the team at Newtown Renovations on 20 December on the off chance that they were able to carry out some work that I ideally wanted done before Christmas.

They got in touch right away to provide a clear, and reasonable, estimate for the work, together with a proposed timescale which suited me.

On 22 December Jack attended, at the time promised, and efficiently completed the work to a high standard.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Newtown Renovations again and the next time I need any work done, I will message them in the first instance.

Organised and efficient, with friendly team of workers. Good workmanship, tidy. Very pleased with the work, and would definitely use again.

Wall removal, decoration of an open area, new lights, kitchen and floor fitting across kitchen, living room and hall. Removal of old kitchen and cleaning. The work was not easy and required a great lead joiner (Campbell was fantastic) and coordination among many workers under Jonathon. Amazing work by Newtown Renovation's team.
