Joiner Shane was very pleasant, treated my property with great respect, listened carefully to my concerns and carried out a very high-standard job. The filling team were equally professional and did a great job.

I genuinely felt I was in very good hands from start to finish. The company was honest and transparent, and they even adjusted the final price to reflect that less work was required than initially anticipated — without me having to ask. The warranty also gives great peace of mind.

From start to finish the whole team were brilliant. They kept us updated throughout every stage, were easy to get hold off and considered how we wanted to use the home when making any suggestions/changes. They made what could have been a stressful period (a renovation and extension) very easy, and we are delighted with the end result. Highly recommend them.

Windows - glass replaced, putty replaced on most of them and some repainted. Joinery work on front of building where wood had rotten.

Added an ensuite bathroom to our bedroom and carried out some additional works in our hallway. Joiners were all great, very polite and helpful. We’ll definitely be contacting Newtown for future work.

External painting of the whole house. The team was polite, considerate and very hard working. We were kept informed every day about visit times which was very helpful. The work was done to a high standard and very quickly due to the team being willing to arrive very early each morning. They also checked about our satisfaction throughout the project. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

Newtown Renovations undertook substantial repairs to my front porch, replacing rotted windowsills and side panels and resealing all the window panes before repainting all the woodwork.

They were efficient and courteous throughout. I was kept informed about progress and consulted about schedules so that I knew what was happening when. They checked everything was in order and that I was satisfied with the work before billing me.

I have used Newtown Renovations previously and would use them again without hesitation.

I required a lot of joinery work to be done, mostly in my long hall.
Plywood sheets to be taken up from floor, existing floor boards evened out and new boards put down. Some doors had to be taken down and trimmed plus shelving put into a hall cupboard and a new front bath panel installed. They also installed a large board, to cover some glass panels.
The work was done on time and to a very high standard.
I am delighted with this difference this has made , and would happily recommend Newtown Renovations to anyone requiring joinery type of work.

Outstanding work - we keep using NT over and over again. They've done huge jobs for us (internal restructuring and complete renovation including windows, radiators, flooring, open plan kitchen), and smaller jobs - wardrobe fitting, custom built bathroom cupboard, painting and decorating etc

We had a kitchen installed by Newtown Renovations after they were recommended to us by our kitchen supplier.
We had an extremely positive experience and felt that the team were professional, courteous and capable.
We particularly appreciated their problem solving skills and communication with us - highlighting any potential concerns or decisions they wanted us to make. We appreciated their patience when we wanted to consider our choices e.g. handle orientation and placing decision or weren't able to decide immediately.
The team worked well together and arrived punctually every day not leaving without clearing their workspace each evening. Jonathon Morrice visited the site to check on progress and was also very responsive with any queries we had. Overall we were very satisfied.

Bedroom and bathroom renovation.
Overall very pleased with the quality the work and the manner in which was carried out- across all trades. We have done a number of renovation jobs and I would say day to day communication, management and problem solving are the best I have seen. Would definitely recommend Jonathon and his team.

Needed sash window repaired and picture hanging. As always, the work was done to a very high standard and with the minimum of fuss. Their worker was a pleasure to have around and talked us through what he did to resolve our issues. We would definitely use this company as our first port of call.

Replaced a garden gate.

Newtown were totally professional from start to finish.

We had a door adjusted and a mirror put up. They came out at short notice, were punctual, efficient and friendly and I would recommend them.

New Town Renovations built a Garden Room for us, they have been excellent from start to finish, very happy with the service, quality and cost, our builder Alan was very helpful and a really nice guy to deal with.

Newtown have done multiple window refurbishments in period properties and has done a wonderful job every time. Their communication and efficiency - they get the job done quickly and effectively - are all the best I've worked with.
