Rory fitted a new gas boiler last year and came back to service it today. Always arrives promptly and does exactly what he says he will do. Very thorough in his approach. Highly recommended.

After having an issue with my pump in my wetroom, Rory was able to quickly establish the issue, explain it to me in terms I could understand as a layman and is incredibly reasonably priced. Excellent, professional service. Would definitely recommend.

It's amazing when you get what you ask for and not what the company can offer you. I had a shower over bath, which I could no longer use due to disability. I asked for a shower with shower tray and a whole new bathroom. Which I received and I love. I never thought I would enjoy showering again. Rory listened to me and didn't fail to deliver. We use N.Watt & Son, Rory, to help us with bigger plumbing and heating jobs.
We subcontract him in as we know his standard of work he provides is efficient and 100% all the time.
We know we can take his advice and leave him to work to our standards without having to watch over him!

This is the start of, hopefully, a long plumbing/heating partnership with ourselves and Rory and will be using him again on jobs coming up in near future!

Power flush of heating system and replacement blocked pipes

We've had Rory do a few jobs around the house including fixing a leaky bath fitting, sorting out some DIY disasters done by the previous owner, and installing a mixer tap in the kitchen.
Definitely my go-to plumber from now on, he does a great job and is always highly professional.

I needed a closed in toilet cistern replaced and Rory went out of his way to make sure that I didn't have to do any redecoration in the bathroom. Prompt, reliable and very good value for money. An excellent service.

Rory installed a dishwasher for us. The job involved moving the mains water pipework and creating a hole in the floor of a small undersink cabinet to accommodate the dishwasher hoses. Rory completed the work in a couple of hours, including running the dishwasher to check for any problems and cleaning up. We are very happy with the work and would recommend the firm.

Fitting of new shower, hand basin, smart mirror, radiators and all associated accessories - all related pipework and electrical work. Because of other work going on, this required a number of visits. Team were very polite, customer focussed and responsive. Work was of a high standard and completed with the minimum of fuss. Came when they said they would. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very impressed with the super efficient and excellent service. We required an electrician urgently to fix an electrical fan that was sparking. This company was able to provide help almost immediately and the communication was very good throughout the whole time. Highly recommend and would use again!

Have used this firm over the last couple of years for my boiler both repair and service.
What a huge difference the service was compared to one of these 'maintenance contract' things from the big firms. Obviously did more, checked and changed seals etc.
Turns up when arranged, work is explained and bill is sensible for very good work. Will use again.

Rory serviced boiler and Sandy has been fitting new interlinked fire alarms as well as checking all my electrics. Great service and advice from them both.
Will be asking them back, have a long list of ‘work to be done’.
