N Watt and Son Limited

Rory installed a new boiler for us and we were extremely happy with the professional service he provided. Following our enquiry he came round quickly to review the situation and to assess the work which needed done. It wasn't a straightforward job and rather than going for the easy option which would have been to reposition the boiler in to a inconvenient room with access to an external wall, he sourced a new boiler which could be installed in the same place as the old. He quoted the same day and this was comparable with other quotes but his recommendations suited us better.
As usual, we needed this job completed quickly and Rory was able to accommodate our requirements and we had a new boiler up and running in just over 2 weeks from when he first visited the property. He was highly efficient, clean and tidy, and installed and tested all of the equipment very quickly.
Rory is a friendly, knowledgeable and proficient individual and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services in future. I will definitely be using N Watt & Sons for any future boiler/plumbing/electrical requirements.

After finding N Watt and Son on Trusted Trader, I booked them to carry out a boiler service and EICR. Rory and Sandy were both really professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Unfortunately the EICR revealed there were numerous problems with the electrics, and a full re-wire was recommended. I booked Sandy to come back for the re-wire, and I'm delighted with the result. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work as everything was done to an excellent standard, and he was reliable and considerate throughout the project. I would thoroughly recommend N Watt and Son.

Rory was a superstar - and very professional at that! Very well mannered and did a great job at a fair price. Reliable and efficient. He also tried to help me unblock my sink - when he came out to fix my boiler. Got the part for my boiler and came back the next morning at 7.30am to fix it. Thanks Rory!

Leaking bath tap replaced and cartridge in shower head repaired. Plumber always responded to messages quickly, and turned up as planned. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Removal of shower cubicle and installation of bath, followed by wall tiling.

This is the second time I have used Rory for plumbing work in my house and on both occasions I have been very impressed with the work completed. Rory is a lovely, friendly guy and, although I hope not to see him again soon, if I have a plumbing problem , he will definitely be my first port of call. Quick response to arrange a visit to fix leaking pipe in our kitchen. Rory was very professional, polite, effective, and efficient. The leaking pipe wasn't easily accessible but Rory with his 'can do' attitude managed to get there and fix it. Can't praise him enough!

We've had various works done on a property we've recently purchased that needs a fair amount of upgrading. The work has always been done to a good standard and they take care to make sure its of the quality we want.
