Here at Morningside Shower Services we have over 15 years experience of repairing all types of showers and a vast knowledge of shower spares. We are based in Edinburgh and our main clients include private customers and letting agents. We predominantly only cover the Edinburgh area however we can, if available, travel outside Edinburgh. We are fully insured, prompt and presentable. We can usually carry out a repair during one visit unless we have to order parts which we don’t have in stock.

Called Paul out because I thought I had a problem with my shower unit (pressure related). Paul immediately saw issue was simply related to how a previous plumber had left the unit! He didn’t charge for this which was so refreshing.
From initial contact with Paul (call), through confirmation emails I couldn’t have been more impressed with his professionalism (and that was before the visit).
I will definitely be recommending Paul and will use him without any hesitation for any future work.

Our old Mira shower was needing replaced. We made an arrangement for the work to be done. The work was carried out at exactly the time agreed and was completed quickly and efficiently. All tidied up afterwards too. Would definitely recommend this firm and would use again.

My shower had lost pressure so phoned Morningside Shower Services Ltd because of the great reviews on this site. I spoke to Paul and we arranged that he could come to see the job in a couple of days but he phoned me back an hour later to say that he had some time and, as he was close by, could he come to see the job. Of course I said yes! He arrived, had a look and said that he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it! Magician!
Paul is a very personable chap and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone who needs work done on their shower.

Our electric shower was leaking and Paul arrived to identify the problem very soon after our initial phone call. He found the problem and gave us a number of options but we were never under any pressure to accept any of his suggestions. When we decided how we wanted to proceed, we got back in touch with him and he ordered the part and was back within a few days to sort the whole thing out. A very pleasant person to deal with and highly recommended.

Our shower broke and we had to replace it. Paul came to check whether it was possible to fix. We then arranged a date to get it replaced. He and his mate turned up punctual, replaced it very quickly and left no mess. Very clean and tidy job.

Fixed my old shower that was not pumping water. Stated it was too small a job and refused to charge me. I'll definetly be hiring him in future and hope to get to pay him next time!

The shower had very little pressure and the temperature was fluctating. Paul arrived when he said he would and the problem was a bit more complicated than seemed at first. He worked his way through the issues and resolved the problem. In all a first class service and I would certainly recomnmend using him for any shower problems.

I had an issue with my shower unit. The glass had become unstable due the wall fitting being loose and that affected other fittings. I also had a problem with the door only closing if you lifted slightly so that it could engage. Paul responded quickly to my query and an appointment was fixed. For various reasons we had to reschedule but Paul responded promptly and I was encouraged by this. When he attended he put on a face covering, which was reassuring. He tighten a variety of screws but he was unable to fix the door issue as an essential part of the unit was damaged. The glass is now stable but Paul refused to accept payment, despite his having spent some time trying to get round the door issue, as he was unable to fix same. A very generous gesture which is greatly appreciated

Got a quick response from Paul to my e-mail asking for price and availability. Was very happy with his quote and was able to do it a couple of days later.

My sister in law needed an old Mira shower replaced with another Mira.
Called this company on Monday afternoon and although busy said they could fit the shower which I had already purchased, today Wednesday.
Paul arrived on time and inspected the Mira and advised it would be better to replace as there were a few things wrong , not surprising as it was at least 20 years old.
He encountered a problem with the pipe work and had to go and get a proper fitting and on return had the new shower up and running in no time.
Excellent price and would have no hesitation in recommending Morningside Shower Services to anyone

Fixed our tenants' shower which had a bust valve: Paul turned up when he said he would, and despite me being away up north he was easy to communicate with. He also advised a way to try and prevent it happening again. Would use him again.

Needed to get a faulty control unit for my shower swapped out. Paul responded to my query through his website very quickly and after a few messages a date and time was arranged to carry out the work.
Paul and his colleague were able to come earlier on the day (which was appreciated) and the unit was swapped out and tested very quickly.
