Here at Morningside Shower Services we have over 15 years experience of repairing all types of showers and a vast knowledge of shower spares. We are based in Edinburgh and our main clients include private customers and letting agents. We predominantly only cover the Edinburgh area however we can, if available, travel outside Edinburgh. We are fully insured, prompt and presentable. We can usually carry out a repair during one visit unless we have to order parts which we don’t have in stock.

We asked Paul to check and fix our old Mira shower. He showed us and explained the faults and gave us a price for fixing the problems. When we decided to replace it instead with a new Mira shower, he was quick to check prices / availability and gave us a good fixed price quote. He answered emails quickly, came when he said he would, left everything tidy and demonstrated the new shower to us. And all that was done within a week. Excellent service.

Paul and Chris attended my home to fix my shower and I can't recommend them highly enough. They took a look at the shower and fixed the problem within 5-10 minutes and kindly did not charge me for this service. They were extremely professional and I would thoroughly recommend and will be using this company again in the future if I have any further problems. Thank you!

Emailed Paul, he came out the same day to have a look at my faulty electric shower. Had it fixed in 10 minutes and didn't even charge me for the work! Absolutely top bloke, definitely will be contacting Morningside Shower Services again if I have any shower issues.

We asked Morningside Shower Services to sort out an electric shower that had poor flow. They came quickly (within 24 hours of contacting them) and at the agreed time. They were helpful, explained the issue and the repair was straightforward. They had the spare parts needed and sent me details of where to find a part that might fit better. I will use them again.

From the initial phone call, during which the gentleman I spoke to listened carefully to my problem, offered options and was very reassuring; through the punctual, efficient service received from Michael, who had my shower fixed and running perfectly within 15 minutes, to the very reasonable fee. Absolutely delighted with the service received, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a screeching shower and Paul came quickly to check it. He saw the problem instantly and it didn't require any work, and he didn't charge me for his time. A few days later I had a small problem with the mixer and again he arrived quickly and fixed it on the spot, and again didn't charge me because it was such a short time. He is the real deal, an honest and amiable guy, with a good sense of humour. I would definitely recommend him.

Our over-the-bath power shower had lost pressure and made an alarming gurgling noise. Contacted Morningside Shower Services who phoned back later that day and made an appointment to visit at 10.00am the next day. Engineer (Michael) arrived bang on time, opened up the unit and spotted the problem immediately. He installed new brushes and the (correct) start/stop button, and tested the shower. He pointed out that the shower head/hose was not sitting in its holder properly (because of incompatible parts), which I knew anyway because it was always difficult to aim the shower correctly! So I asked if he had spare parts to fit, and he did. At the end, he cleaned up the bath. Great service, at a reasonable price too!

A solenoid replacement for my electric shower, so straightforward but Morningside were very responsive (after I didn't even hear back from others I contacted!) and arranged for this reactive repair the next day - much appreciated when it's a broken shower! Repair person had the part stocked, professional and all sorted super quickly. Would definitely use again.

Had a Roca shower control situation which as it turns out could not be adjusted due to a screw being damaged when it was installed by another company. But on the plus side the service was excellent. Sent an email with info pertaining to the shower controls, received a response email that evening, a phone call followed the next morning and by 11am Paul was in the shower assessing the situation. Completely blown away by response, service and manner. There was no charge, not even a call out charge. Thank you so much Paul. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Certainly restored my faith in the trades after a particularly nasty misogynistic experience with an Edinburgh glass company a few years ago. This was quite the reverse. Phenomenal. Thank you.
