Ordered a double glazed panel on Thursday and collected it from the store on Tuesday - fitted in the afternoon and everyone happy - You can't say better than that!

This company was by far the most professional from the get go. From the initial enquiery, to the quoting process and thankfully with the delivery too. I had my windows changed in my two bed flat in Musselburgh and the tenants even commented on how nice, professional and courteous the staff was, turned up on time, put dust sheets down everywhere and left the flat tidy and clean in and externally. A good experience with Mark Smith Glazing Ltd fitting a new external door. Office staff are pleasant and helpful, estimator and fitters arrived promptly at arranged times. The fitters were pleasant, protected surrounding areas and did a good clean up job inside and outside the house after the job was done.
