The glazing team carried out the replacement of all the windows, doors and sliding door of our 4 bedroom house. Did an excellent job and were committed to fix any minor glitches prior to final payment.

Just had new sliding doors fitted to replace patio doors with fixed panes either side and I can’t believe the transformation. Really delighted with the product and service. Mark came to measure up, quote was emailed promptly and once accepted a fitting date was booked in. Fitters arrived this morning m, really friendly abc professional and they did such a clean, tidy job I’m really impressed. All in all I wouldn’t see past this company and would highly recommend .

We recently order a large piece of glass for our greenhouse. Our request was handled quickly and glass delivered on the date estimated. The team who made the delivery, observed current social distancing measure and were courteous and extremely helpful.

We’ve used Mark Smith for bigger jobs in the past so it was good to see the same level of service for a small project too.

Replaced old double glazing units at short notice, at a reasonable cost and with minimum of disruption. This was within a few days of their visit to measure up. I was delighted with the service.

Had a huge mirror installed across one side of bathroom, it was an awkward space because of the shower screen but the guys did a smashing job. After being let down by some other glazing companies I approached Mark to get a quote for secondary glazing. I spoke with the very friendly office manager who arranged an appointment that week. Mark came out to measure up - he was prompt, polite and professional and I had the quote emailed to me in the time he promised. The work was carried out to a very high standard, by two professional installers and I will be using their services again for additional secondary glazing work. Highly recommended.

We have recently purchased replacement windows and doors from Mark Smith Glazing and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product. We had two panes of glass replaced after a break-in. Mark Smith staff were really helpful with advice on types of glass. Work was completed promptly and efficiently. Staff were friendly, polite and respectful.

Highly recommended. No hard-sell just a measurement and a very reasonable quote. They were more than happy to keep the price low by not replacing window surrounds (unlike some companies who quoted us). Did the job quickly in the day they said they would, cleaned up afterwards, the new windows are great! Will use again to upgrade the downstairs windows once we've saved a little more.

Had 5 uPVC windows installed after my original wooden framed ones were rotting away. Had already had issues from another glazing company fitting 2 other windows a few years ago so was wary and did a lot of research before contacting Mark Smith glazing to fit the rest. I couldn't find any negative reviews and I can see why.
They were very prompt to come and do all the measuring up and the guys fitting the windows did a cracking job.
I'll definitely be getting in touch soon to get a new front door fitted once I've saved up again!
