Mark Smith Glazing Limited

I've had the sash and case windows in my flat replaced with double glazing (with incorporated astragal grids to replicate the traditional look). I initially had the windows at the front done to reduce noise, now that I'm working from home, but was sufficiently happy to then go on and get the back ones done too.

The company were easy to deal with and made a quick, clean job of the installation. The product is great, and comes with the same 10-year guarantee that certain big name providers were offering at twice the price.

Mark Smith Glazing were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. They fitted uPVC windows throughout our house and also fitted 6m wide aluminium sliding patio doors. They were everything you want from a glazing company - professional, tidy, accurate, polite and a joy to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the windows and doors and of the standard of workmanship. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

We used Mark Smith Glazing Ltd to replace old fashioned glass panes in our flat front door with opaque/security glass. From start to finish I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this company. The communication with Lee was clear and prompt and the job was booked quickly and at a time to suit.
The glazier turned up on time, was polite, caused minimal mess and worked solidly for hours. He not only removed all the old glass and replaced it with new, he also returned all of the old beading so that it is almost impossible to see the repair.
His work was skilful and very neat and we are delighted with the finish. It has saved us the expense and hassle of buying an entire new door yet we feel we have a new product and all within a matter of weeks. I will definitely use them again.

I used this company for my new balcony doors and window, and all the staff were great from beginning to end. There was no hard sell at the beginning (I'd found some other firms really pushy), they sent me a detailed quote promptly, and then Mark came round to do a survey. The fitters were tidy, very efficient and polite, had the installation done in a morning, and the doors look great. Would recommend to anyone.

We ordered French doors a couple of windows and a roof lantern all of which arrived on the due date . The company and staff were a pleasure to deal with .would highly recommend.

From the initial consultation to the installation of our bi-fold doors Mark and his team were first class. Mark was recommended to us by two different people and we weren’t disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble, the fitters were excellent and we are delighted with the end result.

Mark and his team installed new patio doors onto my balcony. I needed them because water was leaking from underneath my old doors through into the ceiling of the flat below.
The service of the company was exemplary. They answered phones and replied to messages promptly; carefully considered all the needs of the location (exposure to weather, noise etc); obtained doors for me at some speed, and installed them carefully, efficiently, neatly and cleanly.
The company might not be the cheapest, but for good service and high quality work they represent excellent value, and I would recommend them highly.

Mark Smith Glazing provided me with a replacement double-glazed window and uPVC door for my detached garage. The quality of the product is excellent, and the installation job carried out was top notch. Despite delays due to coronavirus, which are expected and understandable just now, communication and customer service remained excellent. Very pleased, thank you!

Mark came round himself and gave us advice about what we should do to improve the glazing in our flat. Other companies had been recommending expensive double glazing products but Mark said we would be better off using single glazing - which was sigificantly cheaper but would maintain our original windows and solve our draught problem. We were really impressed by Mark's professionalism and that he would recommend a cheaper option rather than push us as other firms had done into more expensive and potentially less good options.

The glazing itself is excellent, v discrete and keeps our house nice and warm now.

The door fitting survey was carried out promptly and I received an estimate for the work proposed which I accepted readily.
The two composite door fitters arrived when agreed and their heads were down until they had finished the job.
Both were very pleasant took Covid protective precautions throughout and did a very professional job in my opinion.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Smith Glazing and his team on price, efficiency and pleasant service.
