Mark Smith Glazing Limited

We had a new door installed this week and it is a thing of beauty! It has transformed our house and we're all completely delighted with it (even the kids are impressed!)

Value for Money- everything is expensive at the moment but I wouldn't say that Mark Smith is more expensive than others, I thought his price was very fair given the current climate.

Customer service- This was really good; the team were available by phone and by email to answer all the stupid questions I had and were very helpful, especially as we'd never bought a new door before. One thing I would say is that the email 'banners' (is that what they are called?) are way too big and shouldn't be attached to every reply. One set of small banners is enough otherwise you can hardly find the writing of the actual email!

Quality of service or product- really high quality and they fitted it quickly and without mess.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a new front door, I know who I'll call!

7 old double glazing windows replaced with new double glazed windows.

Magnificent job. Ian and Ricky were very punctual each day and kept us informed of what work would be carried out at what time. High standard of workmanship and cleanliness. Whole house was dust sheeted for the work and all hoovered at end of job. All old units removed from site by Mark Smith Glazing.

We are that impressed we are going back to Mark Smith Glazing for replacement porch.

We had a cat flap installed in French glass doors. Price was better than other local quotes. Staff in the office and fitter were quick and efficient. Very happy with the service provided. Will use again.

Excellent job and great experience with Mark Smith Glazing. I needed an internal door glass panel replaced. I contacted Mark on Wednesday and the job was completed Friday morning. Mark was responsive, helpful and nice to deal with. His team arrived on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Works carried out full replacement panel roof the existing roof panels were discoloured and damaged with a full roof replacement what a massive difference to the roof brilliant job the other works was a total of 6 replacement double glazing windows old damaged ones had condensation in between the window panels the guys were very professional and done an awesome job taken time to vac tidy up behind them and give the windows a clean before job was completed so satisfied with all works by the guys many thanks again for an excellent job . Only issue was having to wait a while for an appointment to replace a very large double glazed fixed “door”with a shattered outer pane. Otherwise very happy with standard and quality of service. As it was an insurance claim I can’t really comment on the value for money but I have used Mark Smith in the past as a private customer and have always been satisfied with the results.

Glass splash back fitted. Measured up and ordered within three days. Fitted within two weeks. The staff who measured up and fitted it were very efficient and friendly. Well done.

After receiving our home report when selling our house, the surveyor noted a blown velux window.

He took details, ordered the glass and within one week, it was fitted.

Replaced floor to ceiling damaged triple glazed window.

Double glazing installed, had to wait due to company being busy, but on time on arranged day, all 5 windows completed in a day, workmen very competent and tidy, many dust sheets used and hoovered on completion , overall very pleased with the service we got.
