We had a cat flap installed in French glass doors. Price was better than other local quotes. Staff in the office and fitter were quick and efficient. Very happy with the service provided. Will use again.

Excellent job and great experience with Mark Smith Glazing. I needed an internal door glass panel replaced. I contacted Mark on Wednesday and the job was completed Friday morning. Works carried out full replacement panel roof the existing roof panels were discoloured and damaged with a full roof replacement what a massive difference to the roof brilliant job the other works was a total of 6 replacement double glazing windows old damaged ones had condensation in between the window panels the guys were very professional and done an awesome job taken time to vac tidy up behind them and give the windows a clean before job was completed so satisfied with all works by the guys many thanks again for an excellent job . Only issue was having to wait a while for an appointment to replace a very large double glazed fixed “door”with a shattered outer pane. Otherwise very happy with standard and quality of service. As it was an insurance claim I can’t really comment on the value for money but I have used Mark Smith in the past as a private customer and have always been satisfied with the results.

Glass splash back fitted. Measured up and ordered within three days. Fitted within two weeks. The staff who measured up and fitted it were very efficient and friendly. Well done.

Replaced floor to ceiling damaged triple glazed window.

Double glazing installed, had to wait due to company being busy, but on time on arranged day, all 5 windows completed in a day, workmen very competent and tidy, many dust sheets used and hoovered on completion , overall very pleased with the service we got.

I've had the sash and case windows in my flat replaced with double glazing (with incorporated astragal grids to replicate the traditional look). I initially had the windows at the front done to reduce noise, now that I'm working from home, but was sufficiently happy to then go on and get the back ones done too.

The company were easy to deal with and made a quick, clean job of the installation. The product is great, and comes with the same 10-year guarantee that certain big name providers were offering at twice the price.

Mark Smith Glazing were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. They fitted uPVC windows throughout our house and also fitted 6m wide aluminium sliding patio doors. We used Mark Smith Glazing Ltd to replace old fashioned glass panes in our flat front door with opaque/security glass. From start to finish I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this company. The communication with Lee was clear and prompt and the job was booked quickly and at a time to suit.
The glazier turned up on time, was polite, caused minimal mess and worked solidly for hours. He not only removed all the old glass and replaced it with new, he also returned all of the old beading so that it is almost impossible to see the repair.
His work was skilful and very neat and we are delighted with the finish. It has saved us the expense and hassle of buying an entire new door yet we feel we have a new product and all within a matter of weeks. I will definitely use them again.
