We needed an emergency repair for an old pane of glass in a sash and case window (and not for the first time!). I emailed Mark Smith late one night with a photo; we received a reply first thing in the morning and they were able to come carry out the repair the next working day. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and we are very happy. Excellent service once again, having had a similar repair required twice already over the years. We recently had seven windows replaced by Mark Smith Glazing. This is our third time using them. The team installing the windows were fantastic and the customer service is always very friendly. We are very happy with the windows. There was a very slight issue with the hinge on one of the windows and a replacement part was quickly organised and fitted without any question. The windows are of nice quality and good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend their team.

Whilst I was a bit shocked by price of windows, mark smith quote was consistent with other providers. All the staff were very professional and polite and each request was dealt with quickly and professionally. In terms of fitting, the job was quick and efficient and the men left very little mess. Mark smith have done two houses for me now double glazing windows front and back doors , garden room and I can say they are excellent and very clean and tidy and the materials used are top quality I have never had a problem with anything they have ever done and wouldn’t use anyone else .

We had a pair of old French windows replaced and a window above. Mark came and measured up for an estimate and we were given an approximate date for fitting. This was confirmed and the work done on time to a very high standard.

New windows. Work was done on date as arranged, everything was tidied up by the workmen. There was one slight hiccup but this was dealt with promptly, no excuses, just sincere apologies.

We had a new door installed this week and it is a thing of beauty! It has transformed our house and we're all completely delighted with it (even the kids are impressed!)

Value for Money- everything is expensive at the moment but I wouldn't say that Mark Smith is more expensive than others, I thought his price was very fair given the current climate.

Customer service- This was really good; the team were available by phone and by email to answer all the stupid questions I had and were very helpful, especially as we'd never bought a new door before. One thing I would say is that the email 'banners' (is that what they are called?) are way too big and shouldn't be attached to every reply. One set of small banners is enough otherwise you can hardly find the writing of the actual email!

Quality of service or product- really high quality and they fitted it quickly and without mess.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a new front door, I know who I'll call!

Magnificent job. Ian and Ricky were very punctual each day and kept us informed of what work would be carried out at what time. High standard of workmanship and cleanliness. Whole house was dust sheeted for the work and all hoovered at end of job. All old units removed from site by Mark Smith Glazing.
