Really pleased with Mark Smith Glazing. We wanted a custom made mirror for our bathroom - quite a large awkward shape. They came out quickly, measured up and we had the mirror fitted within a couple of weeks and it looks great. Staff were friendly and polite and the installers were great too.

Had all new windows and doors fitted by this company. Arrived when they said they would and completed all works efficiently and on time. Cleaned up and all old windows and wood taken away.John the fitter couldn't have been better. Many thanks.

Three windows replaced, kitchen, lounge and bedroom, old windows removed and replaced ,looking good and workmen very pleasant.

We needed an emergency repair for an old pane of glass in a sash and case window (and not for the first time!). I emailed Mark Smith late one night with a photo; we received a reply first thing in the morning and they were able to come carry out the repair the next working day. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and we are very happy. Excellent service once again, having had a similar repair required twice already over the years. We recently had seven windows replaced by Mark Smith Glazing. This is our third time using them. The team installing the windows were fantastic and the customer service is always very friendly. We are very happy with the windows. There was a very slight issue with the hinge on one of the windows and a replacement part was quickly organised and fitted without any question. The windows are of nice quality and good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend their team.

Whilst I was a bit shocked by price of windows, mark smith quote was consistent with other providers. All the staff were very professional and polite and each request was dealt with quickly and professionally. In terms of fitting, the job was quick and efficient and the men left very little mess. Windows are great - definitely notice the difference in sound proofing and heat retention and they look beautiful. Will probably use mark smith again for future projects. Thanksb

Mark smith have done two houses for me now double glazing windows front and back doors , garden room and I can say they are excellent and very clean and tidy and the materials used are top quality I have never had a problem with anything they have ever done and wouldn’t use anyone else .

We had a pair of old French windows replaced and a window above. Mark came and measured up for an estimate and we were given an approximate date for fitting. This was confirmed and the work done on time to a very high standard.

New windows. Work was done on date as arranged, everything was tidied up by the workmen. There was one slight hiccup but this was dealt with promptly, no excuses, just sincere apologies.

Do not think it twice and do not keep searching for your windows installers, I am extremely happy with Ricky and Callum! Fantastic work thanks for everything you've done.
