This is the 2nd project I’ve had done by Mark Smith Glazing and again, very satisfied as I was the first time. Highly recommended, and will only be using Mark Smith Glazing going forward.

New window installed in kitchen. The 2 installers were friendly and helpful. Very tidy workers swept up everything after them and arrived when they said they would and worked very quickly.

Mark Smith and his team did an excellent job in replacing our kitchen window. His two glaziers arrived punctually, and when they left, you would never have had known they had been there as they left it so clean and tidy!

Furthermore, they gave us a quote several months before the job and never once "hassled "us to find out if we were proceeding or not. I appreciate it that they gave us time to make up our minds without any pressure.

Amazing Service from Mark Smith Glazing!
One of my bedroom windows had a build up of condensation which was causing mold on the frame. I was recommended by many to contact Mark Smith Glazing and they seemed to be the popular choice on a group chat. I was not disappointed!
Mark himself advised, they will be able to resolve this by replacing the glass and a trickle vent to be put in to prevent future re-occurrence of this.
Very reasonably priced and the job was done in a timely fashion. They even went out their way to fix my letterbox, which was loose for years! Very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend :)

4 new windows replacing old wood windows. Before ordering, we visited the shop in Portobello High Street and the factory at Telferton.
Premises tidy and efficient. Staff helpful and friendly. Installation was quick and efficient. Some accidental damage to two roof tiles was repaired within a few working days.

Mark Smith Glazing installed eight double glazing units into an existing sash a case frame. From start to finish the service was 1st Class in every respect. Professional, prompt communication, appointments meet as promised. Great workforce and a keen focus on environment sustainability. All in all a very caring and professional company.
