We needed our kitchen window replaced and Mark Smith Glazing Ltd were fantastic. They responded quickly to our enquiry and the staff were professional, friendly, polite, efficient and tidied up very well. We highly recommend them.

Double glased units and trickle vents instaled. Mark turned up in 2 days, the work done within 2 weeks. A small problem finding the correct trickle vents and installing them. Overall a good job done and happy to recommend Mark and his team.

I contracted Mark Smith to supply and fit a new back door for my bungalow in Portobello.From first ordering the door to completion everything went very smoothly,with the BIG boss even coming over for the final measure up! The fitter ,Stuart?,turned up on time on the day and worked diligently giving me a beautiful new door and cleaned up the back garden on completion.I would not hesitate to recommend this local company.

We got new windows and a new front door, the work was done to a really high standard, not leaving until we were completely happy. Team were really nice and nothing was too much bother for them, they were fast, polite and so clean you’d struggle to know they’d been in your house! Great service, very efficient and professional

I’ve recently had two doors and a window fitted. Very happy both with the work done and the whole process from start to finish. Excellent advice and everybody friendly and helpful. No mess left, and indeed the one room affected was cleaner when they left than when the arrived. Very happy to recommend them.

We had an attempted break in which left a large patio window shattered.
We called Mark Smith to replace it as we used them originally to install all our windows and they answered my call within seconds and had a surveyor out the next day and ordered and fitted the new window very quickly.
The office staff are lovely and the fitters are excellent and cheery.

Am very pleased with the whole process of buying and installation of my new patio doors with Mark Smith Glazing. There was no pushy sales pitch just straight forward advice on the various options available setting out the pros and cons of each. Only a few weeks between ordering and installation. The installers were excellent, quality workmanship, friendly and no mess. Will not hesitate to use again in the future for other windows needing replaced.

Replaced one "blown" double glazing unit and two window handles. Arrived on time to estimate and also to complete the works. Have used this company before (several years ago to replace a vandalised window) and, should the need arise, I'd have no hesitation in using them again.

Very very reliable, very efffiecent and reliable. Turned up bang on time. Was told would be done by 4 but they were finished earlier. Work was completed to a very very high standard and had complements from neighbours asking for where i got them done.
