MH Autos

I have used this garage for a very long time and have always been happy with the service especially last week when I needed a new battery and they came to the house and jump started my car free of charge so I could get to work on time.

Booked my car into Malcolm and MH Autos via Blackcircles to have 2 tyres fitted and wheel alignment completed. After having the car for the morning I got a call in the afternoon to say they were unable to fit the second tyre because of issues with the first and they didn't have the correct software to complete the wheel alignment!!! After going to a second garage (and wheel alignment specialist) they fitted the second tyre no issues and then advised that it as not recommended to complete the wheel alignment until after the suspension had settled after the tyre change. To use the specialists words "taking your money know would be easy but it wouldn't be right"....something MH Autos were willing to do!
After getting home also realised that the air caps were missing and had to make another round trip to collect!!!
In short wouldn't recommend and surprised they have a good rating on Blackcircles.

My engine started to make a funny noise on the drive back from Falkirk. I phoned MH Autos when I got home and they were able to fit me in that day to look at it. I spoke to Malcolm when I arrived at the garage and he was very helpful. He said he would be able to look at my car that day and hopefully fix the issue. He phoned later that day and said he had fixed the fault and I could go & collect my car. An efficient and reliable service at a resonable price. I would recommend the garage to a friend.

Both my van and car are maintained by Malcolm and his friendly team they provide an excellent and trustworthy service, they are only too happy to help whether the job be a small / major service. Excellent value for money compared to the larger car dealerships. I wont be going anywhere else!!

I would just like to thank Malcolm and his team at MH Autos for their professionalism and excellent customer service I received from them all when I had my car in getting repaired this week. The work undertaken was done quickly and was priced very reasonably, I will be happily recommending MH Autos to all my friends!

MH Autos have been polite, quick and cost affective, not only have they helped me when I had an accident (with bodywork repairs) they are quick to solve any mechanical issues I have had. It's a nice thing to find a garage that is staffed with people who talk to you and keep you informed on what's happening with your car. I have also passed them on to my family who are now all using MH Autos.
