MG Decor

We have used Marek and his team a few times for decorating. Most recently for the redecoration of our Victorian house where they had to strip out very old decor and re-plaster, line and even out the old walls, completely redo the crumbling plaster work on several old ceilings as well as complete all the painting and decorating afterwards. As usual the work was to a very high standard and we were so grateful that his team put in some very long days to ensure they finished in time for us to move back into the house before Christmas.

I can highly recommend Marek. He painted flat hallway and kitchen, did an excellent job, left virtually no mess.

Marek prepared the walls of my hall and staircase by removing the existing wallpaper. He put protective covering down on my carpet. He did an excellent job, tidying up everything and left my home spotlessly clean at the end of each day.
Marek put protective tape on my skirting boards and carpets when painting. He sanded down every surface and vacuumed as he worked. I was so delighted with all the care that he took and how quickly, expertly and cleanly he worked.
He was so polite and respectful and took great care of me when I ventured into his working area.
My brother-in-law inspected Marek's work, looking for flaws (just to annoy me!) and was amazed at how perfect the work was, no sign of any seems or joins in the wallpaper and perfect painting of door frames and skirting boards.
Marek came highly recommended by a friend and now I can highly recommend him to others. His work is outstanding in the care he takes and the beautiful results.

I recently had a new ensuite bathroom installed by M G Decor. It looks amazing, the quality of the work is excellent and the team were very reliable and extremely accommodating. They were very professional and helped me achieve the desired result, which I absolutely love. In addition they were extremely tidy and respectful of my home. We were let down by someone to silicone a shower tray. Marek had 5 star reviews so I gave him a call. I explained we had a leak due to shower tray needing fixed and he was very obliging and managed to come within a day. He and team did a great job and no mess. I would recommend him.

I required lifting of laminate flooring in hall and livingroom. With a high potential to split a lot of the laminate the team somehow lifted everything piece by piece and didn’t break or split one!( the floor is to be put back down of which they neatly stacked and numbered) Marek answered emails promptly and arrived on time for all the work required. Very neat and efficient workers. Will definitely use again for other work. Thanks

I have used Marek twice now to weatherproof and refurbish our top floor flat windows. Both times he’s has done a superb job. He was easy to get a hold off and provided a quote and booked me in. Marek repainted two bedrooms this involved complex cornices, large ceiling areas and built in wooden wardrobes. He is a thoughtful, careful and efficient worker who takes great pride in his work.

I have used Marek for several jobs in my flat now. Both the painting carried out and plastering repairs have been to a high standard. Communication was prompt and scope of the work clearly defined. Recommendations for materials were also provided for use in areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. Marek also works hard to fit jobs in around schedules in order to suit. Highly recommended.

MG Decor has over the past 2 years redecorated my hall, bedroom and living room. They also redid my bathroom, and helped source trusted tradesmen to complete aspects of that work e.g. pluming, as well as re-plastering and painting.

All work has been completed to an incredibly high standard, and Marek is a trusted pair of hands I feel safe leaving in my home.

Marek and his team are incredibly attentive, efficient and reliable. The work that they did on our house following work on dry rot was fantastic. No corners cut. Beautiful job. Decorated lounge, hallway, kitchen, study, bedroom and en-suite in December 2020. Respectful of our property. Followed Covid guidelines. Have used this company several times. Cannot fault them.
