Replaced kitchen spot lights with LED sealed units. Very good quality of work and service. Cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful in doing some other smaller jobs that needed doing.
Will be using them again and would recommend them.

I was getting a new oven installed. The electrician that came was prompt, took the old oven out and put the new one in with no hassle. Very happy with it.

Andrew has done a number of projects for me. He’s always there when he says he will be, he always gets the job done, his work is first rate, and I trust and value his advice. Not the cheapest in town - but great value for money as he’s efficient and high quality. (And when it comes to electrical stuff we don’t want the cheapest Tom, Dick, or Harry messing around anyway). Three minor (domestic) electrical jobs, all completed to my satisfaction. Recommended by colleagues, Andrew was courteous on the phone and responded promptly with an estimate for the work. Craig, who carried out the work, was polite and efficient and turned up exactly when I was told he would. Very prompt attention and replacement of a damaged ceiling light fitting in bathroom of a vulnerable relative.

Replacement of light switch back box. Andrew arrived on time, did a thorough job & tidied up afterwards. Would make use of his services again.

We used Lumen Electrical to perform some safety-changes in my mother-in-law's flat as she is now suffering from dementia.
The cooker and hob were cleverly isolated so that they could not be used and a security cover was installed over one of the double sockets.
Craig was excellent, efficient and very sensitive to the situation.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use Lumen again in the future.

Kitchen cupboard lights back working again with a more up to date system. Work required at short notice which Andrew was able to accommodate. Very pleased with service. Happy with the completed job done very professionally. Andrew was very polite.

The big light in our bedroom stopped working, despite trying numerous new bulbs. I filled in an online enquiry form, Andrew replied extremely quickly and we had an email exchange to determine what was required. An appointment was made and Conor arrived (wearing a face mask) 20mins earlier than expected, although that wasn't a problem. He quickly ascertained that the fault lay with the dimmer switch (a wire had come loose) and swapped it for a simple on/off switch, as I had requested. It only took 10mins. Conor was extremely friendly and professional, a real credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lumen Electrical Services.

Problem with spotlights in bedroom. Turned out only to be a simple issue with a dimmer switch however the job was dealt with very professionally from start to finish. Would highly recommend Lumen.

I have used Lumen several times now. They have installed and relocated electric sockets, installed lights, run external electrics and linked to fuse box and other assorted work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
