We got a quote from Andrew for a small job, we struggled to get an electrician willing to take this on, we were happy with the quote so went ahead.
Andrew turned up when he said he would, carried out the work professionally, done an excellent job, cleaned up the little mess he made.

Andrew at Lumen installed new kitchen lighting for me (both under-cupboard LEDs and ceiling pendants), plus installed a new double plug socket in a cupboard and rewired an existing light switch. He prepared a detailed estimate for me and offered a range of appointment times. His work was well priced and meticulously carried out. He spent a long time to get the details and finish just right, and even vacuumed up afterwards! Any questions I had were answered and queries followed up very quickly. I would highly recommend his services for any job, big or small.

Very satisfied with all aspects of engaging Lumen to install an electric towel rail in my bathroom. From initial contact to follow-up emails; Andrew was quick to respond and keep me up-to-date with answers to my numerous queries. On the installation date, he kept me informed of when to expect him and he was punctual, polite, and proficient. Andrew from Lumen fit me into his schedule quickly, came promptly and worked quickly. He explained what he was doing and also took the time to take me through some details of other electricals in my flat as I had recently moved in. He was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be contacting them again if I have any other electrical issues.

I had sauna stove replaced in my flat. Made inquiry which for i got very quick reply, then organized the date for swap. Very quick to get worker to come and replace broken one + remove any working elements which was great bonus! Even better that was able to help with couple unrelated issues which were completed.

Needed to sort out the electric underfloor heating. The guys understood via email that the problem could have been with the thermostat and fixed the problem. The engineer that came over, Craig, was kind and professional and stayed also a bit longer to make sure everything was working fine. Thanks!

We were so pleased with our experience and the quality of the work carried out by Lumen Electrical Services Ltd. This was to initially carry out a condition report (EICR) and then to decommission the old electrical circuits and then to do a new full installation.
They provided detailed estimates, communicated regularly and carried out the agreed works professionally as well as when advised. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Really impressed by Lumen. Andrew was quick to respond to my initial enquiry with costs and a suggested date for the work. I had email confirmation of the date and time that the work was booked and who was going to do it, and a reminder a couple of days prior to the work being done. Conor was excellent: he arrived on time, was very professional, and completed all the work (new light fittings) swiftly and efficiently. I was so impressed I have already recommended Lumen to friends and will be using them again in the future. Thank you, Lumen!
