Andrew was quick, thorough and professional. Explained the issue well and sorted out an electrical fault with our hob and ensured all electrics were safe for our cooker. Very reasonably priced and would recommend!

We have just used Lumen Electrical Services to replace all the lamps (5) in our communal stairwell. Nobody was initially available to take my telephone call and I had to leave a message on an answer machine. My call however was returned about an hour later ( I'd been promised a call back that day by the recorded message so was pleased to be contacted so soon). A visit was arranged for the same day and the job completed later in the afternoon.
I was very pleased with both the promptness and quality of the service and the reasonableness of the price. Andrew discussed with me a number of options for the stair lighting, for improvements and possible future work which might be needed. But he emphasised that no further work was needed in the immediate future and also that in our case a more expensive option of moving to LED lights which I had asked about was not necessary. Impressive service.

Upgrade to new Mains box and installation of 4 Sun Ray Electric Radiators and a very high quality Terma Towel Ray Heater. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Nothing to tidy up afterwards. Great to get a talk through of the new Mains box and very pleased that that all the elements from the old Mains were now properly and sensibly wired. Very happy with the price, exactly as estimated and very reasonable.

Recommended by a local GP, and now recommended to all my friends. Andrew is extremely professional, fairly priced, tidy and efficient. Fitted down lighting in kitchen, installed fuse box and rewired sockets and removed ancient electrical wires. On one occasion he came to give us a quote and felt so strongly that he couldn’t leave some hanging electrical wires post my husbands DIY job that he kindly went to the car to get equipment to tape them up and safely out of hands reach before leaving. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We needed repairs to our shared stairwell lighting that involved an initial site visit with advice on how to contact the network about service box repairs, followed by a visit to repair a stair light and sort the timings. We've also had a quote to upgrade old lighting. I'd recommend Lumen because of - clear and prompt replies/quotes, competitive pricing & their helpful, pleasant and professional customer service. Also, they are following gov guidelines around covid, and keeping their staff safe.

I was having PAT Testing done on a flat I rent out. Lumen Electrical (Andrew) has done work for me in the past and he is reliable, polite and helpful. Delighted to see that he is back after total lockdown and wish this company well.

Andrew is professional and reliable. He gave me all the knowledge of what and why I needed things done. He installed a new fusebox and smoke alarms and sockets for me, adhering to industry standards, while also adhering to the COVID guidelines.

Andrew came in to install 3 new power sockets around the flat. He managed to come in to do the work a day after I phoned, very quick, tidy and was lovely too! Would definitely recommend and use Andrew again. :)

Work undertaken was the replacement of kitchen lights following water coming in from the flat above and the installation of a fuse box. Andrew was very helpful and courteous.
