Mark was professional, efficient, tidy, friendly and competitively priced. His original quote was based on photos I'd emailed him, but when he arrived and considered the situation he suggested we didn't need as much work done as he'd originally quoted for. We'll definitely use his services again in the future.

We needed a front door handle and lock replaced after moving into a new home. Lovely neat job done by Mark, who also took a bit of extra time to sort out a section of the door that was stocking. Fast, friendly service, would definitely use again.

Mark replaced the electric strike keeper on our communal door. He was extremely professional, efficient and helpful form start to finish. I have previously used LockStar in 2018 and the high standard has not slipped. I would not hesitate to recommend and will continue to be the first port of call in the future!

This is an excellent company. I needed a front door handle replaced. My enquiry was responded to speedily, an early appointment was agreed, and a replacement sourced and fitted satisfactorily. Staff who attended and who phoned were friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend.

Locked myself out of my flat at 9pm and phoned Lockstar to ask for help. Mark attended in 30 mins and got me into the flat with no damage to the door or lock. Top work from a lock magician - it was like watching Tom Cruise in a scene from Mission Impossible.

Mark fitted new handles and a sash lock to an internal door and a mortice deadlock to an external door. Very easy to get a quote - emailed pictures of the doors and got advice on what was needed. Arrived at arranged time and everything fitted efficiently. Price of parts and labour all very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mark fitted a new gear mechanism to my pvc patio doors. He arrived a few hours after I called as the lock was a bit dodgy.I can now lock the door without fearing of being locked in or out I’m a joiner to trade and would always recommend this company

Two hours before going out we realized our front door wouldn’t lock. One call to Mark and he came out to secure the door and order the new lock required which arrived the following day. Mark was polite, helpful and super efficient at his job. So much so I’m asking him back to fix a couple of my upstairs window locks. Great company to deal with and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Replacement of the main door lock to an apartment where the existing lock jammed, was found to be well beyond its lifetime to be repaired and did not meet the latest insurance standards and fire door standards.

Very prompt, courteous service. Quotes given for various replacement lock options, no hard sell, just good honest advice. Once decided to go ahead , Locksmith was able to complete the work later the same morning, saving me a lot of time. The job itself took a matter of minutes. Would recommend.

My bedroom pvc window lock had sheared off completely and it faces south in this weather it is extremely hot. Phoned company and although they were busy Mark came a few hours later and renewed lock. I am very pleased with the fast efficient service. Many Thanks any further issues I have in future I will certainly use this company again.
