Just had another faultless piece of locksmith work carried out by Mark.
Survey of the job revealed no need for a new mortice lock but identified that internal workings and mechanism needed replaced instead. This type of assessment installs 100% customer trust in the integrity of the work required and carried out.
Would not consider going anywhere else for any locksmith related work.

We have had our main door lock and overhead closer replaced. Mark was really helpful in every way. He returned to tweak the speed of the closer the moment I asked. Work was done well, all mess cleared up. Very reliable and and prompt service. I highly recommend this company.

We need a new lock barrel fitted to the communal stair door as many occupants were finding it difficult to get their keys to turn. Mark fitted this, supplied keys (even put them through each flat's letterbox in an envelope with details of the company), and put up a poster on the front door explaining what had been done. He was polite and efficient throughout. Would highly recommend.

Mark replaced the electric strike keeper on our communal door. He was extremely professional, efficient and helpful form start to finish. I have previously used LockStar in 2018 and the high standard has not slipped. I would not hesitate to recommend and will continue to be the first port of call in the future!

Lockstar provided excellent customer service when upgrading my mothers front door locks. Very empathetic approach to the need to have secure and effortless locks fitted well and not just fast and quick.

Hired Lockstar to fit a new Yale lock to exterior door. Excellent service and very happy with the fitted lock. Price was extremely reasonable. Also good communication - was kept informed of arrival time on the day which was appreciated.

Mark provided an estimate to fit locks on 4 internal doors in a flat. Once the estimate was agreed he turned up on time and fitted the locks in the time he estimated and for slightly less than his estimate. The work he carried out is excellent and I am delighted with the result. Mark is a very professional locksmith with an excellent manner. I would have no hesitation in using his services again and in recommending him highly to others.

Having employed several people in this trade over the years. It is crowded market place where standards can vary greatly. Mark was great. We had keys stolen on holiday and we arranged him to arrive when we did from abroad. This worked even despite flight delays.Mark got us in in seconds and for the best price of all we contacted to boot. Sterling effort.He even kept the lock intact so we could still use it again.

We were unable to open our kitchen door as the handle had broken. Mark visited within an hour, and managed to gain access. After checking other doors, he arranged to return a few days later and replace 3 which were faulty.
We were very impressed with Mark's service and professionalism, and now have his number programmed into our phones in case of future problems. Highly recommended.
