Mark came to check & change (if necessary) our front door lock. His communication was excellent beforehand & he explained everything clearly to me whilst checking the lock. He also checked & readjusted the second lock on the front door. His charges were very reasonable. Altogether an excellent job done.

We needed our tenement door lock fixing and the door wasn’t closing properly. Mark from Lockstar was excellent. His communication was clear, he did everything in a timely manner and nothing was too much. We needed new keys cut for all the flat owners and Lockstar made the whole process extremely simple and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them.

They were absolutely super. A visitor had turned the key in the front door lock the wrong way, leaving it deadlocked. I could not get out. They came round in 10 minutes and sorted it for free. Superb and I would definitely use them again.

Two hours before going out we realized our front door wouldn’t lock. One call to Mark and he came out to secure the door and order the new lock required which arrived the following day. Mark was polite, helpful and super efficient at his job. So much so I’m asking him back to fix a couple of my upstairs window locks. Great company to deal with and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend

Was let down by another locksmith and a few others said they couldn’t help get in to a small safe. Thankfully Lockstar could and he came out same day too. Despite the safe posing a real challenge and the job taking much longer than expected, we were only charged a minimum fee and he took the old safe away for disposal too. Very friendly and professional, and we’re really grateful for the work done. Would definitely recommend to others.

We needed a front door handle and lock replaced after moving into a new home. Lovely neat job done by Mark, who also took a bit of extra time to sort out a section of the door that was stocking. Fast, friendly service, would definitely use again.

I was having difficulty opening my front door, the key was sticking in the Yale lock and I was worried that I might be locked out at some point. I emailed Lockstar at lunchtime on a Wednesday, recieved a reply the same afternoon and by that evening I had an appointment for the next day. Mark arrived and after looking at the lock he told me that I did not need a whole Yale lock just the bit that the key goes in, which was cheaper, he could have told me I needed a whole system. Within less than an hour the job was done, Mark tidied up and swept the carpet, a very professional job. I am very pleased with Lockstar and would definitely use them again in the future.

We highly recommend Mark at Lockstar. Our sitting room door handle broke, leaving us in danger of getting locked in to the front room of our flat. Mark came round and fixed the problem immediately; he then returned later to improve the catch on that door. Very helpful, reliable and pleasant.
