Locked myself out of my flat at 9pm and phoned Lockstar to ask for help. Mark attended in 30 mins and got me into the flat with no damage to the door or lock. Top work from a lock magician - it was like watching Tom Cruise in a scene from Mission Impossible.

My bedroom pvc window lock had sheared off completely and it faces south in this weather it is extremely hot. Phoned company and although they were busy Mark came a few hours later and renewed lock. I am very pleased with the fast efficient service. Many Thanks any further issues I have in future I will certainly use this company again.

The lock on my door had been forced when I was out - the door had held, but I was worried and wanted to get it shored up. I called Lockstar and they sent someone round within a few hours to fix it. The person who came round was really helpful and knowledgeable. He fitted a new lock for me there and then and when I asked, talked me through further options for making repairs. The cost of the repair came to quite a bit less than I was expecting and the service was excellent. Would definitely use again and will recommend!

Door lock snapped at 7.00pm - no access to the house called and spoke to the owner Mark who attended at the promised time and fitted temp lock whilst new improved one was ordered. Mark kept me up to date with phone calls and fitted the new lock within days. Service was excellent and price very fair as well. Would have no concerns about recommending Lockstar Lock & Key Co. Excellent service.

Mark and the team at Lockstar are our go to locksmiths. We've needed a locksmith twice in the last month due to issues with both our front and back doors being unable to lock. Despite being fully booked mark was able to get to us both times in the same day and sort the problem. Reliable and affordable and highly recommend.

Within hours of contacting lockstar, Mark had both locks fixed within about 15 minutes. We thought locks would have to be replaced but he advised that this wasn't necessary. He also checked frame of conservatory doors going beyond fixing the lock. There was no pressure to upgrade, etc. Nothing was rushed and costs were more than reasonable.
It was a delight to encounter a company with old-school professionalism and values.

Problem with front door lock and had locksmith out within a few hours of my call. Mark replaced the barrel on the lock right away so we’re delighted with the response time and service. Seemed reasonably priced too. Very friendly and efficient company and would definitely recommend.

I phoned with a front door lock problem. Mark made suggestions to try first including using WD40! His suggestion worked and as he said he didn't think it fair to come out and we incur a call out charge for something that I could fix with a bit of advice. Impressed with his attitude and honesty. Definitely recommend.

Mark could not have been more helpful when I ended up unable to get in or out of my front door. He responded quickly to my message and visited soon after, quickly getting the door open and then spending time realigning the locks and the door so that everything now works smoothly and easily for the first time in years! He cleaned up after finishing the work and the cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.

My relative needed new locks on 2 of her external doors. I choose this company as they are members of the Master locksmiths Association which listed local traders. I enquired how we would book to have the work done to be told that they could come the following afternoon. I was told that I would be called the next day to be given a better idea of time. This worked out well. The job was completed promptly and without mess. New locks were demonstrated and we were able to request a number of additional keys to be cut on top of the three keys provided. We were happy with the cost of the service and were pleased with the process from beginning to end. I would happily recommend his company.

Mark fitted new handles and a sash lock to an internal door and a mortice deadlock to an external door. Very easy to get a quote - emailed pictures of the doors and got advice on what was needed. Arrived at arranged time and everything fitted efficiently. Price of parts and labour all very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others.
