Well where do l start.....Lee and Ricky what a team know their job inside out....all work carried out in my property was done with great professionalism with an eye for detail and forward thinking all the time to make sure components for the next stage were spot on... clean tidy workers with great respect for your property known how dirty and dusty a job it is to be done and come prepared with dust sheets etc....would l recommend them ?........well l already have and l would recommend to anyone asking me in the future without fail.....

Lee and Ricky were extremely friendly, helpful and informative, talking us through each stage of installing a multi-fuel stove.
They were tidy and efficient onsite, overall very happy with the workmanship and would recommend.

Lee Mitchell came to rectify a chimney flue that had collapsed inside the chimney stack. He was unable to quote exactly what the job would cost, as he could only do so once he had scaffolding erected for access. Nevertheless, he told me which parts of the job could be estimated, and which could be open-ended. He kept me posted throughout the work. I was prepared for it to cost £ 4,000; in the end it was just over £ 3,200. An apparently good job, nice chap to work with.

Lee was excellent, always arrived when he said he would. Communication was perfect and he's done a fantastic job with my new fire.

After getting quotes and meeting with three stove installers we were happy to go with Lee. The guys did a great job, exactly what I wanted which some others didn’t want to do. I would have no problem recommending this company and importantly using them again.

After speaking with Lee several times about a potential job, I was expecting to have heard back from him, but three weeks have passed and, unfortunately, I haven't heard a thing.

I've just phoned him and he said he tried to visit me but had nowhere to park. I understand this, but he never tried to communicate that, firstly, he was going to try and visit me and, secondly, that on this occasion he couldn’t complete the visit.

Please be wary if choosing to use Lee—his communication might be somewhat sparse.

The service we received from Lee was excellent. He is friendly, efficient, communicative at every stage (this was a huge plus point!)

His knowledge of the trade is fantastic and guided us through the whole process and his follow up once the job was complete was fantastic.

Lee installed a beautiful Victorian style gas fire, stone mantel, and granite hearth exactly as I saw in the catalogue. He was polite, tidy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.
