I had L M Complete Fireplace Solutions in to sweep my chimneys and check for damage, as I recently moved into a Victorian property. They recommended lining my chimney and installation of chimney pots. They returned the following week and all work was carried out efficiently, cleanly, and with a smile. Kept me abreast of progress via quick and friendly emails. Will ask them to return next year to carry out maintenance. Recommended!

We found Lee here on Trusted Traders and gave him a call, he was really quick at coming out to see us and seemed to know his stuff so booked him to replace two fireplaces in a traditional house.

First up Lee advised us on the right fireplaces, was helpful in finding a local supplier for our stove and agreed a time to start.

I forgot how messy fireplaces can be, they dust sheeted everything, and lined the carpet with a protector which we hadn't expected.

The business is run by Lee, both his son Murray and Ricky worked on our home and were professional, courteous and very tidy, something that makes a big difference.

The fireplaces were removed, stove and surround installed over a few days, and Lee, the main point of contact responded quickly to messages.

We're a very fussy customer, OCD central to be honest, but Lee and his team were patient and customer focussed, which is not that common these days and allowed for our attention to detail which meant a lot to us.

The stove and gas fireplace fitted were tested and look great, it's dramatically changed the room and looks great.

One thing to mention, I went into a local stove company that we got the wood burner from, they said when we told them we had a good experience that they have never heard any negative feedback about Lee and his team, that stood out to me, and I'd have no problem recommending Lee and his team to do the job, especially as the price agreed was fair and reasonable.

I got this company to service my stove and they were superb. Communication was excellent and arrived exactly when they said they would.
Ricky and Murray were well aware of Covid measures and followed them to the letter.
The work they done was efficient and when they left you wouldn’t have known they’d been here.
They gave me good advice about my stove and how to maintain it.
I wasn’t sure how much this would cost but was pleasantly surprised when it was exactly the amount Lee quoted, which was very reasonable.

I had my chimney be swept. The men involved arrived at the time agreed, were very professional, friendly and cleaned up afterwards so well. They took precautions as required by covid rules. I couldn't fault them in any way. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again.

A quick call and Lee came out to look at the work to be done the next day. He gave me a couple of options to choose from and made everything easy by calling me to discuss The quote and organising everything. Quality of the work is excellent, his team are very professional and turn up when they say they will. Lee kept me updated throughout the installation and even showed me how to light a fire! We had a new stove and hearth fitted and a new chimney liner.

Lee fitted a stove and replaced our hearth. We were happy at the time. Upon getting the chimney swept it has been found the stove liner was not attached at all ... we have tried to get Lee to rectify but he is not interested in fixing his shoddy work. We’ve now paid someone else who upon hearing the name said ‘say no more’.... avoid!!!!!

Contacted lee and was very happy with the first impression,He got back to us with a price which was way lower than the other quotes we had so that was a good start.Him and 2 lads (forgot names) got straight to work knocking out wall and from start to finish were very professional .. delighted with finished work as house was always cold but now extremly warm and comfortable,finished work looks good and would deffo recommend this company to anyone looking to get a fire fitted..thanks guys...

Our wood-burning stove was found to be leaking smoke. On the day we called him Lee came to assess the situation. He called the following day to seal the leaking joint. He also replaced a fire brick in the stove which we had not noticed had been cracked. Lee and his team are true professionals. We are very grateful for the care and attention they gave my wife and I.

Asked for chimney to be swept & cowl installed. Also needed the fireplace re-bricked. Came at the most suitable time for me and the family. Friendly workmen. Clean & tidy. An all-round good job.

Well where do l start.....Lee and Ricky what a team know their job inside out....all work carried out in my property was done with great professionalism with an eye for detail and forward thinking all the time to make sure components for the next stage were spot on... clean tidy workers with great respect for your property known how dirty and dusty a job it is to be done and come prepared with dust sheets etc....would l recommend them ?........well l already have and l would recommend to anyone asking me in the future without fail.....

Lee and Ricky were extremely friendly, helpful and informative, talking us through each stage of installing a multi-fuel stove.
They were tidy and efficient onsite, overall very happy with the workmanship and would recommend.

Lee Mitchell came to rectify a chimney flue that had collapsed inside the chimney stack. He was unable to quote exactly what the job would cost, as he could only do so once he had scaffolding erected for access. Nevertheless, he told me which parts of the job could be estimated, and which could be open-ended. He kept me posted throughout the work. I was prepared for it to cost £ 4,000; in the end it was just over £ 3,200. An apparently good job, nice chap to work with.

Lee was excellent, always arrived when he said he would. Communication was perfect and he's done a fantastic job with my new fire.

After getting quotes and meeting with three stove installers we were happy to go with Lee. The guys did a great job, exactly what I wanted which some others didn’t want to do. I would have no problem recommending this company and importantly using them again.
