Great communication before the job. Turned up at appointed time and completed the work in timely manner and to good standard (putting a plate in the chimney to reduce draft/heat loss and fitting new cowl). Very pleasant to deal with, would use again.

I had an old living flame fire, surround, and hearth replaced with a vintage-look cast iron fireplace and slate hearth retaining the original wooden mantelpiece. I am delighted with my new fire. Lee and his son were always pleasant to work with, knowledgeable about the options, showed up and completed the work when they said they would and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Swept chimney

1940-50s type tiled/ concrete fireplace removed. Quick and quiet work. Reduced the bill themselves when other quoted work wasn't needed (eg vented chimney caps) and gave useful advice on future work which we'll dedinitely use them for. Friendly service. Recommended.

Came to the house to check out fitting a new log burner that involved supplying and fitting a new chimney lining etc and other connections.
Sent me an estimate that I accepted and arranged a date for the work to be carried out.
Arrived on time and completed the job on the day. No mess and was very happy with the job.

Lee and his team replaced my chimney lining. He viewed the job before providing a competitive quote and advice. I commissioned Lee to remove and replace the old chimney lining which he and his son did with professionalism and a high degree of skill. They ensured that all debris was removed and tidied up afterwards.

Lee did a great job reinstalling a fireplace which had actually slipped away from the wall due to its weight. He also swept two chimneys and put caps on them both. Turned up on time, did the job cleanly and efficiently, so all good.

Lee and Murray arrived with an incredible can-do attitude to deal with a complicated problem that no one wanted to tackle. The quote was straightforward and fair and communication was brilliant throughout. The work itself was done perfectly with attention to detail and to mess. To top it all off they were both just so patient with my wierd/exhausted anxiety around the whole project. Lee and Murray fitted a wood burning stove for us. The job was done neatly and Lee was always keeping updated with timings and was easy to get a hold of. We needed some extra work done once we started to open up the existing fireplace, which was not a problem for Lee and he managed to still get the job finished in the planned timescale. We plan to use him again for any other stove installations or servicing.

Absolutely fantastic start to finish. Lee and Murray really know what they are doing. Fully trust them, they take the time to understand what you need, advise where necessary and then are totally clear and transparent with what is needed, how long it will take, how much it will cost, and what is required afterwards. Stove Installation

Lee and his team were efficient and knowledgeable.
