Two sockets tested, one refitted. Advice on fuse box which had tripped.

I have used Kelly Electrical before so was confident the work would be first class, it is. Communication is excellent and I’m really pleased with the completed work. I’d highly recommend Kelly Electrical.

Daniel and his colleague moved our circuit board (providing a new one up to current standards) and associated cabling from one wall to another as well as coordinated with Scottish Power for the move of the meter. The work was seamless and everything was left tidy.

Replacement of intercom handset. Danny was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

My daughter wanted a chandelier in her hall for her birthday... now that scared me as I Peviously had one fitted By Someone else and it was a disaster...
So now knowing what great electricians Daniel and Phillip are I asked if they could fit it for me. YES SURE.. just let us know when it arrives. We'll it arrived Thursday and was fitted by Phillip Friday. Beautiful.. a fantastic job.. my daughter was delighted.

Knocked on to help with another job in the building and we asked him if it was possible to fix the lights in the hall way and he did! Super lovely and fixed it so fast. Nice guy, will 100% contact in the future!

My daughter just moved in to her first home in Ardmillan Edinburgh to find that she could not use the kitchen lighting as the wiring and switches were left hanging from the wall. This was our first problem. The person she bought the house from left us the name of 3 trusted Electricians for my daughter to phone around. No success from these trusted Electricians. One as far as Falkirk..
So I searched on Google myself to find the best recommended Electrician, It was Kelly Electrical.
I contacted them and that very afternoon Danny arrived on the doorstep and straight to work. Lights at last. (we had to leave all switches on till then as we did not know which ones were safe) He also had the patience of a Saint listening to me chattering away as I was so pleased to get it fixed.
When that job was done I asked Danny to have a wee look around the house to see if he could see any other possible problems. There were... That was the next job. There was dangerous wiring and dangerously installed appliances.
A couple of days later I had an estimate of what the hob would involve and how much.
Danny also kept me informed the whole way through the job. How long it would be and when he would be returning to finish.
The jobs completed this time were, installing double sockets above kitchen worktops (there were none to even use a kettle or microwave), double sockets side of kitchen. Installing switch fuse spur for kitchen area light, installing new LED strip lighting, switching and LED driver and redoing dangerously installed appliances and grid switch were everything was all mixed up.
To let you know also that the previous owner had left metres and metres of extension adaptor cable stuffed down side of Fridge/Freezer which were used for the old strip LED lighting, It was were the mice made themselves a very happy home.
On the 2nd part of the job his colleague Phillip (he worked when my husband was there so I hope I've got your name right) completed the work.
They also checked her induction hob as we cold not get that to work, turned out it had been set up wrong.
NOW when my daughter came home from work she was absolutely delighted with the work in her kitchen and that it had been made safe but when she went to cook pasta the cooker would not heat. I messaged Danny about the problem and that she may need a new induction hob and could he advise. He got right back to me and said to get my daughter to call him. Turned out she was using the wrong pots!!!
I CANNOT THANK DANNY AND HIS COLLEAGUE (WHO IS GETTING MARRIED IN A FORTNIGHT) ENOUGH.

I have worked with Danny in both my current house and previous house where he has undertaken a large variety of electrical work. This included installing an electric vehicle charging point, earthing, new light fittings, and new plug sockets. I have always been very happy with the quality of Danny’s work, his price and his communications.

I had Kelly Electrical install lights outside my property. Daniel explained things fully and the power was off for a very short time which avoided disruption and enabled me to carry on working from home.

Electrical overhaul and fitting of new distribution box.
Electric fire installed.
Smoke and heat detectors fitted.
Lighting in toilet replaced.
Other general electrical work competently done.

The largest task was putting in a new fuse box and replacing an old out of date system. This has been a great success and works perfectly. Many other smaller jobs have been done by Danny Kelly and have been done at a very reasonable cost. I would thoroughly recommend him as a trusted electrician for any task.
