We have been providing first-class, quality electrical services in Edinburgh for over 30 years and have recently expanded to Glasgow where we offer the same great electrical services. Our team are experienced, highly trained electricians with years of knowledge and service. We pride ourselves in our customer service and a job well done. New double plug installed in lounge, dismantling of existing chandelier and build and fitting of new light fitment in dining area. Also, 3 ceiling pendants installed in kitchen. David came out to price up the job very quickly following my enquiry and then Calum came to do the job yesterday (15 Nov). I liked the fact that everyone at Keith Gunn got back to me quickly, turned up when planned and were friendly and helpful too - sadly this can be a rare thing these days. Overall a very positive experience for me and I am delighted with the work and would not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends and family.

I had electrics upgraded for a new shower being put in. Everyone I engaged with at Keith Gunn was really polite and helpful - the estimator, sales team and the electrician, too. A very prompt and professional service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I needed a ceiling light fitting replaced and when I phoned, was offered lots of availability as well as the price up front that was confirmed when I supplied photos of the job and the replacement.
The electrician came exactly on time, brought a high ladder and had completed the job within 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional.
The light fitting that was removed will go up in my new flat and I'll be calling Keith Gunn again to sort it.

I was able to get a short notice appointment for what was a very small job, which ended up being slightly more complicated than it appeared. The engineer was very helpful though, and managed to quickly find a suitable workaround. Prompt, efficient and helpful service.

Very efficient service. Contacted them to get a light replaced and an extra light put in. Replied to my website query within a day and every subsequent email as quickly. Gave me an appointment a couple of days after I accepted the quote and the job was done within a couple of hours. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Had an EICR carried out and there were a number of works needing done, including re-wiring of sockets, shower and a replacement fuse box. I was given a slot for the works in a really reasonable timeframe, and the work was carried out over 2 days. The engineers arrived on time, and although the work was messy (floorboards had to be lifted etc), they repaired and cleaned up afterwards. I was kept aware of what needed done and received my certificate promptly after the work was complete.

I had 5 electrical radiators installed across 2 new radial circuits, plus a new consumer unit and some additional sockets, this involved every room in the property. Ops manager Paul did a site visit to establish a clear plan of work and kept in touch during the project. Electricians Pete and Robbie completed the job over 2½ days and minimised disruption so I was able to work from home for most of the time. They had not dealt with this particular type of (fairly heavy) radiator before but were unfazed by the challenge. All the work was of a high standard.
Everyone I encountered at KGES was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Keith Gunn Electrical Services Ltd were asked to install a power supply for a new cooker. We needed the work done at quite short notice and they were able to do this — other quotes had lead times of up to 6 weeks.
On the day, the electricians worked out a solution which was much less disruptive than expected, and the work was completed smoothly. There was little mess and what there was got tidied up at the end. This was the first time we’d used this company and we’re impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the staff.
