We have been providing first-class, quality electrical services in Edinburgh for over 30 years and have recently expanded to Glasgow where we offer the same great electrical services. I would definitely recommend Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions. I used them to fix the stair lighting in my tenement flat. Great customer service - friendly, responded to emails quickly & managed to get the job done in a matter of days even though they were busy. I would use them again if I needed any other work done in the future.

Delighted with the work undertaken. I had a bathroom extractor fan replaced which was very old and noisy. It was a job I had put off because I didn't know what it would involve or which company to use. I read the reviews on this site before contacting Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions and decided to make enquiries. I'm so glad I did as the work was completed efficiently, with care and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I have already made enquiries about the next job!

I found the electricians from Keith Gunn Electrical Solutions to be extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining their work and always arriving on time. There was care taken to work in the premises according to Covid-safe protocols which I greatly appreciated. I was very happy with the work done and will be calling on Keith Gunn in future whenever I need an electrician.

KGES demonstrated clear integrity and professionalism throughout. They were easy to deal with, turned up promptly when they said they would, clearly explained the issues, provided prompt clear estimates, carried out the work and then tidied up. We were delighted with them.

We had an extractor fan replaced in our bathroom, plus an investigation into some problems with the bathroom lights.
The work was done within 3 days of the initial enquiry. Our electrician arrived at the promised time and the work was done well within an hour.

Can’t fault their customer service, I had problem with the RCD tripping whenever the shower was on. Shower cable was tested and was ok, so to elimate the problem a new shower was installed, however problem still existed. Phoned to discuss problem and Chris came round the next morning and took time to fault find. Wire between pull cord and shower had suffered thermal damage and is scheduled to be replaced, for a small job it’s reassuring to know that great customer service still exists and somebody cares, I wouldn’t use anybody else

Added power circuit to attic room, extended lighting circuit and installed two vintage pendent light fittings to kitchen ceiling, assembled and installed 32 arm crystal chandelier to living room ceiling (ceilings 11ft high). Very good attention to detail, very clean and tidy. Workers turned up on time and were very nice and friendly. Office/management staff regularly in contact and very helpful at arranging visits.
Not necessarily the cheapest electricians in Edinburgh, but fast and reliable, and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely be using them for any further domestic electrical works.
