I had an extension built to create a family room . The builders were punctual and worked to the time frames they had identified during the initial quote. They were really helpful and kept in touch throughout the process and listened to what I wanted, helping me to make choices such as type and colour of external cladding. The tradesmen they used for electrics and plumbing were also efficient and did a great job.
I trusted them to work in my home while I was away for quite a lot of the time . I have got the room that I wanted, in fact, it is actually better than I had hoped for and I would totally recommend Jervis and Charles to anyone considering building work. Friendly, skilled and competitively priced

Delighted with the job Michael, Shawn and the team delivered. They came recommended when our original builder let us down and stepped in to complete our kitchen / garage conversion. Very reliable, trustworthy and professional. Communication was great, made contact with relevant contractors as required and kept us up to date with progress at all stages. Done an excellent job under different circumstances. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

We used Jervis & Charles on recommendation from a friend. We had a few jobs I needed help with – fit hallway wooden floor, hallway and stair panelling, new kitchen door and kitchen bar. We cannot rate Shawn and Mick’s services highly enough. They clearly understand joinery and have delivered exactly what we wanted to the highest standard. Nearly every visitor to the house comments on the fittings and finish.

Both Shawn and Mick are professional and personable; always punctual; kept me up-dated on scheduling progress; and sourced materials as required – a great help for someone not ‘handy’ like me. And their care and quality of workmanship is second to none.

Not only an excellent quality final product but two very professional and highly reliable people.
They made an excellent job of building a small mezzanine bed space with book shelving underneath in the box room, and a set of large bookshelves in the sitting room.

Complete re-fit of bedroom wardrobes (built from scratch) and garage work.

Shawn and Michael completely re-fitted my daughters bedroom taking away the old fitted wardrobes and built new ones from scratch to our requirements. The work was absolutely superb and they also arranged the cornice work and decorating to finish the job through connected traders.

Another job was damp proofing our garage. Also fitting new garage doors and window.

Brilliant company and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
