Jake and his colleagues were very reliable, polite and pleasant, tidy workers and did a great job for us. Our ageing (Victorian) railings at the front of our block had been neglected over decades and were very rusty, badly in need of TLC. Jake's team wire-brushed, treated, under-coated and top-coated all railings and they now look fabulous again. They also painted our front door main entrance to the block. Great job guys thank you!

Jake and his team did a first class painting job for us from start to finish. Jake was very professional, quoted for the work in a transparent way and explained he used quality materials which meant he could be sure of a good end product. He gave a prompt and detailed quote and then did a walk around at the beginning and end of each day to update us on progress. His team were quiet, came at the time they said, worked very efficiently and did a great tidy up job each day. We live in a B listed house and the skirting boards and high cornice part of the job in one room were quite a challenge. We were delighted with the transformation of the rooms and feel we had a superb job overall on completion. We would recommend Jake without hesitation as an excellent painter/decorator.

Jake did a great job of painting my exterior windows (on the third floor), lining my front room and fitting some particularly tricky wallpaper. He was thorough, always on time, fixed any issues - even the small ones - without my even having to ask, and was considerably more affordable than other quotes I received. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Jake and his team painted the outside walls of our house, drainpipes and guttering. We are very pleased with the finished result which was carried out with great care and attention to detail. The work took three and a half days to complete as Jake had envisaged. Jake and his team are extremely reliable and hard working and are also very pleasant to deal with. Jake quoted for redecorating my lounge, repainting bedroom ceiling after a leak and painting outside fascias. He and his team did a wonderful job. They arrived on time each day. Jake explained each day what would be done. He is a very good communicator and everything he said would happen, happened exactly as he’d said. Their attention to detail was really heartening. It is obvious they take a real pride in their work.

Jake quoted me for painting a stair/hallway & two bedrooms. He called as arranged and came across very professional and friendly. I received the quote within a few days and confirmed my decision to proceed and secured dates for carrying out the work. Jake was on hand to assist and me advise in my colour choice for the hallway as the colour I had initially chosen had been discontinued by dulux. The day before and during the work being carried out Jake clearly communicated when they would arrive at the property and tasks planned for that day. The job was completed in 4 days overall and very happy with the finished outcome. They left the property clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in future.

Good work done at a fair price and arrived when expected and good communicator. Jake was pleasant to deal with and very fair about rectifying a fault with one part of the job. This is a valuable feature in any work, namely if things don't go perfectly how the problem is handled, which I would rate as excellent. Would use him again and was impressed by his skills and attitude.

Great to deal with, one job went fine, the other had a problem but he was quick to rectify which is all you can hope for, really happy with the service.

Jake quoted for painting the hall and second bedroom in our rental flat. Communication was excellent from the start and he was pleasant to work with. We’ve known Jake for many, many years and always found him to be the complete professional. When we decided to decorate our entire house from top to bottom we had no hesitation in making contact with Jake who in turn visited us very promptly to discuss and consider our ideas. He provided us with a very detailed and comprehensive estimate within a couple of days along with a schedule which covered a four week programme. Work started at the beginning of the year.

The work was completed fully to our expectations and requirements. The quality of work was first class and every aspect always discussed in advance. A four week programme is pretty intense for both parties but we all saw it through with the minimum of fuss and stress.
