Fixed 2 walls for me including replacing some of the original stone. Excellent service. Good value compared to other quotes. Took the hassle away by liaising with the blacksmith and they worked well together. Overall I was very happy with this and would definitely use again.

All the boys arrived promptly each morning. They displayed an extremely high level of skill and the work done is beautiful. They were sympathetic to the style of building. In fact it is difficult to tell the difference between the original home area and the new work.

JMS Stonemason was engaged by me for a series of small but relatively difficult jobs.

A concrete step required to be ground down to a specific measurement in order to house a customised brass bullnose. This was undertaken with great precision and the bullnose slotted exactly into place.

Other tasks involved deconstructing an old Victorian midden wall where plant roots had disrupted the structure and rebuilding it. Repointing of an old garden wall was undertaken as well as repointing the side of the garage where water ingress was apparent.

All of these tasks were completed to the highest standard and the results are excellent. The stonemason and apprentice paid great attention to the detail of the work and kept the locus neat and tidy.

They were well mannered and courteous at all times. They obviously take great pride in what they do and as a result i have had a first class job done.

Jimmy Summers has done excellent work on our house, replacing front path and steps using new natural sandstone and also replacing a window mullion and sill in concrete. In both cases the products used had to be cut and finished to exacting standards, and the work was carried out in an exemplary way.
